Kicking Butt

Kate was doing stretches on the gym floor, Gibbs had already informed her that she would be working out with McGee today and not Tony. "Thank goodness for that.", she thought.
She and McGee got into an argument over what they would be doing. She was going to let him have his way, just this once. She knew it would be quite easy to kick his butt, mainly because he wouldn't really try to fight her.
So soon they were rolling on the floor, with her winning. This reminded her of her first fight with her ice skating coaches daughter. They had never really gotten along great and when she threw the first punch, Kate hadn't hesitated to throw one back. That had not ended the fight, they continued until the coach walked in. That had not been their last fight either, after that day they had one almost every week.
Kate got on top of Tim this time, feeling like she had won until he knocked her over and held her down. Gibbs called them, so McGee stood up. Kate kicked him hard and he dropped like a rock, moaning. Kate had a very satisfied smile on her face as she walked away with Gibbs.
"You sure got him Kate.", Gibbs said. Kate was smiling brighter now. Like when her dad congratulated her about winning her first fight, meanwhile her mom was scolding her. "But you could have done better."
Kate sighed and then frowned, "I know, Gibbs. I wasn't trying hard enough to nail him." Gibbs was like a father to her, always teaching her the best ways to do everything. Kate didn't mind though, in fact she actually liked it. She missed her father sometimes, he wasn't dead or anything, but she didn't see him often.
"You still did pretty good anyway though.", Tony said as he walked by them.
"Did I include you in this conversation, DiNozzo?", Kate said harshly.
"Lighten up Katie, sheesh.", Tony smnapped right back at her.
That was it, she hated being called Katie, she shoved Tony down to the ground. The two began kicking and punching on the ground. Kate screaming at him to let her go.
Meanwhile Tim was filming it on his phone. He was planning to put this on Youtube for the world to see. And of course Abby, she would love this video.
Gibbs just stood there, completely shocked at the sight before his eyes. He bent down though and pulled the to apart. "Can't you two ever get along?"
"No Boss, we can't.", Tony said.
Kate flashed back to a fight with one of her brothers.
"Let go of me!", Kate screamed. Her brother had pinned her down, good and tight. He was 10 and she was 5. He was punching her hard while holding her down.
"I told you not to mess with my stuff!", her brother yelled harshly.
"I didn't, I didn't, please stop.", Kate cried, tears spilling out of her eyes.
"Yes you did, you little baby.", he yelled again.
Kate remembered the nicest of her brothers walking in, "Let go of her Rick!", he had yelled while attempting to pull them apart.
"You're not my boss Jason!", he yelled.
Jason had now pulled them apart, "Go Kate!"
Kate remembered running to her room that she shared with her 3 year old sister. She had locked the door so fast. She remembered dad scolding her brother for getting into a fight with her.
End of Flashback
Gibbs was also a bit like Jason, except that Jason wasn't always that nice to her. She shook herself out of her thoughts, so that she could concentrate on her job.
