You Cannot Run

You cannot run, you cannot hide

You cannot speak, you cannot scream

You cannot cry, you cannot weep

But you will fear and you will shake

You will feel despair and you will feel lost

You will lose hope and you will lose life

You will shiver, you will tremble

But you cannot run, you cannot hide

You do not hear, you do not realize

You do not suspect, you do not imagine

You do not think, you do not consider

But you do turn and you do see

You will see weapons, you will see no expression

You will draw your sword, you will fight against them

You will fail because of those words,

You did not hear, "It will be done, Milord."

So now, you will fall and you will die

But not before you will know and you will realize

You will know betrayal and you will know sorrow

You now know and you now have learned

But still; You cannot not run nor can you hide
