PROLOGUE;
"They say the Diamonds are the cause of this plague, that's why they're the rulers of us." As the Rose Quartz paused, adding suspense, a golden haired with blue tips, fair skinned with freckles, glared at a younger girl, light chocolate brown skin, muddy brown hair with lavender tips, and dark brown almost black eyes, with her own lapis blue eyes, as the younger girls curly hair bounced as she gasped in awe. "Amythest, they are the reason we're... Infused with gems, and you RESPECT them?"The lapis eyed child almost growled, rubbing the Aquamarine in her left palm, her freckles scrunching up at her nose in anger, and 'Amythest' flinched. "Crystal Jane that's enough-" The Rose Quatz started, but the girls face reddened, her eyes showing the name infuriated her. Amythest and the Rose Quartz glanced at the boy standing in the corner of the room, and he sighed in defeat. He walked over to 'Crystal' and grabbed her cheeks, softly making her head turn so she would have to look at him, and only him. "Aqua, calm down. I know you hate your birth names and the Diamonds, but Minnie might like being called Minnie, not Amythest, and she can like the Diamonds if she wants." Crystal felt her face redden as he smiled cheekily, and whispered; "Afterall, we'reall her because of them, aren't we now Cryssie~?" Cystals face was boiling, and at first she thought she was angrier. But looking at the sandy blonde with orangey cream tips in his short straight hair, his tanned skin with a few freckles only visible close up, his icy blue eyes, and the Cream Pearl set in his left cheek, feeling his soft yet strong hands on her cheeks, smelling mint and oranges, she knew that she wasn't angry.
She finally knew why her face heated up.
She was in love with her Cream Pearl, William.
