Melting Ice: A Nuzlocke Challenge Story

Hey from Author-Chan! I don't want to give out my name, so just call me KoritsiOkurinushi. Or just KO. Whatever.
Important Notes:
This story is taking place in the (Future) Kanto Region.
Kanto has changed. A lot. Society has fallen apart, due to the fact Red disappeared 3 years ago, before he could defeat Team Rocket. Giovanni has taken over Kanto, taking away all hope and freedom.
Towns & Cities have fallen apart. Wild Pokemon are now classified as dangerous animals. Every family has to have at least one pokemon as protection.
Our main character: Lissandra. Lissandra is 14 years old, and is the younger sister of Red. Determined to find her brother, she sets out on her own Pokemon journey; to save Kanto, and to save her brother.
Nuzlocke Challenge Rules:
1) Any Pokémon that faints is considered dead, and must be released.
2) The player may only catch the first Pokémon encountered in each area, and none else. If the first Pokémon encountered faints or flees, there are no second chances. If the first encounter in the area is a Double Battle in dark grass, the player may choose which of the two Pokémon they would like to catch.
3) Players must also nickname all of their Pokémon, for the sake of forming stronger emotional bonds.
4) If the player runs into a Shiny Pokémon on the incredibly rare chance, the player may still catch it, regardless of whether or not it is the first encounter in the area. It also does not need to be released if it faints.
5) If ALL Pokemon are considered dead, you may revive your starter Pokemon only.
