Hi I'm Katclaws and this is my first fic I'm posting. I have others
ones, but I'm so scared (not to mention I'm really shy) I don't want to
post it. I'm only posting this one because Alia and Sam (my best friends
are making me) so enjoy and tell me what you Think!

"Hurry up Alia, Sammy! We're gonna be LATE!" Called Katherine up the stairs to her twin sisters. This was the Silver household on September first. This will be their first year at Hogwarts though they are not first years. They just moved to England from the U.S.A a month ago. The Silver family was a pureblood American family. "Ok Kat, I'm coming!" Came a yell from her sister Sam. Sam walked down the stairs. She had a black Jacket tied around her waist. "Ok I'm ready. Let's go!" Sam said to her sister Katherine. "We can't, ALIA IS NOT DONE YET!" She yelled the end to make sure Alia heard. "Ok I coming! I don't see your rush." Alia said, Finally running down the stairs. "Well it's going to rain soon and I don't like rain!" Kat said like it explained everything. It did. "Well come on kids we'll be late if you don't get going." Their Father said walking in the hall and out the front door. Each of them look at each other and laugh. They walk to the driveway, which has 3 changes and baskets. Sam picks up a birdcage that contains a white owl. "Hi there Merry." She coos. "How are you?" Alia and Kat exchange strange looks and laugh. Alia and Katherine both pick up a basket and a bird change. Inside Alia birdcage was a reddish brownish owl named tornado, and in her basket was her cat Raschel which was a calico color. Katherine was whole different story! She had a black raven named Black Knight and in her basket was a black kitten with a pink bow (that had red polka dots) named 'The Dark Lord.' (I really want to name a cat that)
Once they filled into their SUV (they have a SUV because they are AMERICANS) their dad started the car. When they were down the street their dad put in one of his Jazz CD's. Kat, Sam, and Alia groan. They took out their CD players (walkmans) and listened to them until they got to the station.
Once they got to the station they got out their luggage out of the trunk (with difficulty and concluded with Alia getting punched in the arm by Sam.)
"Man, Sam I think I have a brose on my arm now! Oh no I'm gonna DIE!" Alia said. "No you're not Alia. Stop complaining!" Sam said back that, annoyed with Alia's pouting "Can you please stop Complaining! You guys are SO getting on my nerves!" Kat said in a voice that they only heard when Kat was angry, she was probably going to do her Fist shaking "I'll-shove-me foot-up-your-@$$, threat thing. So they stopped. By now they were standing by platform 9 3/4. (Their dad didn't come with them because he had to go to work) So they stood there thinking of what to do. "Maybe we should ask someone?" Asked Sam "No I like mysteries!" Said Alia. "Hey maybe it's like Diagon Ally and we have to do something?" Kat asked. At the words 'Diagon Ally' a tall boy with hazel eyes came up to them. "Hi are you trying to get on the platform too?" He asked "my name is Kyle, Kyle Stevens." The boy-no-Kyle said. "Hi Kyle, I'm Sam, these are my sisters, Alia is the girl with long white hair. And Katherine was over here. Where did she go? KAT?" Sam said worriedly. She scanned the crowed a saw that Katherine was talking to a red haired woman. "Hey um Kyle, Alia I'm going to go see she's talking to. You can come if you want." She walked closer hearing what Katherine was saying "Umm, can you please help my sisters and I on the platform?" She heard her sister ask. "There you are KAT we were looking every where for you!" Sam said loud enough before the red haired woman could say anything. "Sorry I just wondered off, I guess?" Kat said. "It's ok dears; you just run or walk through the wall between them."
"We would have NEVER got that!" A new voice exclaimed. They turn around and it was Alia standing with Kyle. "Hehehe, go on try it." The red headed woman encouraged. "Sure why not? You first Alia!" "No! You go first!" Alia said back "Wussies! I go first! Maw hahahahaha!" Kat said and ran through the wall and disappeared. "Wow." Kyle breathed. "That was awesome!" "Well if you think so, you're next!" Sam and Alia said and pushed him to the wall. "See you in 5-minute tops!" He called back as her ran to the wall. He was gone.
Then Sam ran through the wall and then Alia went. (The Wesleay children went through then the parents came out and Katherine saw them come out and went to asked them.)
When the four meet back up, they were staring at the Hogwarts Express. "It's-" Alia started "so-" Sam said "amazingly" Kat said with her mouth open "RED!" Kyle finished. They all laughed at each other. They heard the whistle blow and hurry boarded the train. They (luckily) found an empty compartment and sat down. "Hey I finally realized, I don't know who you are. Who are you?" Katherine asked Kyle. He laughed "Oh I'm Kyle, Kyle Stevens. (I love that Line! can you tell? Its like 'Bond, James Bond' Hehehe) I used to go to Drumstage, but I have to come here now because I got expelled." Kyle said sheepishly. "Ah well what did you do? Don't tell us it was I don't know fighting or something." Sam said moving farther away from him. "Of course not! I got expelled when I pranked my potion teacher and it kinda...well went out of control." Kyle said. "Why did you move?" "We moved because our parents visited England before we were born and they liked it. They always wanted to live here, but then they visited the United States and momma got pregnant with us and they didn't want to move when we were so young...yeah." "That's it!" Sam said.
"So let me get this right, The Silver family has-no-is a Pureblood family but likes muggle things. And you all are metamorphmagus-es" "Yep" all three girls coursed. "Oh and we name everything weird!" "Like?" Like I have a black raven named 'Black Knight' and my kitty cat ' The Dark Lord' because he's all black." Kat said. "No Kat that's only you! Merry and Pippin are cool names!" "For LOTR fans." Kat mumbled "No it's RAINING!" She said louder. "Kat why do you hate rain so much?" Kyle "Are you scared?" Alia asked. "I'm scared because when I was four or five Alia and Sam locked me outside in a thunderstorm. They got grounded for 5 months." Kat told as the walked out of the train. "So, Alia, you read the letter, where do we go next?" Sam asked. "We go in carriages." She replied. They found an empty carriage (again with the help of luck), and started talking about what houses they'll get in. "I think I'll get in Ravenclaw. I am a little bookish, but I'm not over the top you know so maybe Hufflepuff? Kat said. "No your sly and mischievous Kat you'll get in to Slytherin, but me I go to Gyffirindor, because I am immature and stuff." Sam said. "We'll make a deal, That even if we don't get in the same house we still have to be friends. NO MATTER WHAT! DEAL?" "Deal" Sam replied "it here!" "Kyle?" "Give me a moment. Will yah." Kyle said as if he was still making up his mind. "Ok I agree!" Kyle said finally. The carriage stopped and they got out. There was still people getting out of carriages. So they hurried inside the huge oak doors.
Inside they found a Strict looking lady whose hair was gray and was in a tight bun. Just by the look of her you can just get the feeling she was one of those lady's that had the "Don't break rules around me" look. "Hello there you four must be those new students, Dumberdore told we will be receiving this year. You can just wait with me." She said and then started rushing the students that came in when she was talking. When everyone was out of there came a knock on the huge oak doors and she opened them. In came a huge man and little kids behind him. "First years" Kyle whispered. "They're so SHORT!" Sam said in a little voice. "Just because you're so tall!" Alia said. Even though Alia was the oldest she was the shortest then came Katherine who was in the middle of height then Sam was the tallest. (They classified themselves as 3 minutes older and younger) "Hehehe shut up." Kat said her eyes twinkling. "Welcome to Hogwarts, I am Professor Mcgonagall, head of the Gryffindor house. The start of term banquet will begin soon but first you must be sorted into your house." " The four houses are called Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin. Each houses has it's own noble history and each has produce great witches and wizards. While you are at Hogwarts, Your triumphs will win you and your house points while your misbehaving will lose them. At the end of the year, the one with most points is awarded the house cup. The sorting Ceremony will take place in a couple of minutes. I'll come back for when we are ready for you." Then she left. "Oh I'm so nervous!" Alia and Kat said at the same time. Then they laughed. They turn to look at Kyle, who was desperately trying to flatten he's brown waving hair, and then they turned to look Sam who was making sure her hair was divided evenly. Alia was (she stopped looking around) now stopping her fly-a-ways, and Katherine was now straightening and dusting her clothes (ok, I'm a really clumsy person! Don't rub it in). Professor Mcgonagall came back. "We are ready for you now." They waited till every one went out first and then followed. They walked down to the hall and professor Mcgonagall opened the door. Inside were four huge tables, floating candles, It wasn't impressive but still exciting. There in front of the teachers table was a stool and a really old hat.

Kyle's POV The Head Master stood up but there we were still standing there. "This year we well have four new students joining the 5th year at Hogwarts. Three come from Salem school of Witchcraft (in my story it's an all girl school) and one is from Drumstang." Then he nodded to Mcgonagall. "When I call your name please come forward and put the sorting hat on." "Silver, Alia" "Wish me luck" she whispered to her sisters as she went to the hat.
Alia's POV 'Man was I nervous! I walked up and sat on the stool thing and put the hat on.' "Ahhhhh hello Mrs. Silver...where to sort you? Hmmmm difficult Ravenclaw would be good for you, but.... No it's all here, so not Ravenclaw, Gryffindor then hmmmmm maybe. Hufflepuff no, no I'll say..." SLYTHERIN! The hat shouted finally.
End of Alia's POV The Slytherin table cheered as Alia sat down. "Silver, Katherine"
Kat's POV ' Ok here I go!' I thought before I put the hat on. "Well your just like your sister but hmmmmm you are more bookish Ravenclaw maybe...no you belong with your sister in...." SLYTHERIN! Was once again shouted through the hall. I gently put the hat down and walk over to Alia. Once again the Slytherin table was cheering.
End of Kat's POV "Silver, Samantha" called Mcgonagall
Sam's POV 'Ok now only me to go!' she thought as she pulled the hat on. "Another One! Ok let's see you would be good my, my, my it seems that you would be good in Slytherin as there needs to be four from four houses as it goes, huh? Well have fun in SLYTHERIN!" The hat shouted for the third time tonight. The Slytherins cheered again. As I sat down across Alia I said "now it's up to Kyle." To my sisters.
End of POV "Stevens, Kyle" Called Professor Mcgonagall for the last time.
Kyle's pov ' Remember your promise!' he thought before he put the hat on.
"Well Where to put you? Hmmm, most difficult. Let's see... Differently and Gryffindor. Put you there...no they are too happy and joyful, for you. Hmmmmm Hufflepuff...no you have potential. Ravenclaw...no let's see Gryffindor or Slytherin. Your friends are in Slytherin why don't you join them." The hat said and for the last time shouted SLYTHERIN in the great hall once again.
