The sea and the sky.

That sentence could literally roll of the tongue. The both of them just fit and it seemed so natural. They were commonly associated, even if subconsciously so.

Both were so blue – but only because the sky made it so. The sky was blue and the sea absorbed the blue light, giving the water a beautiful blue hue.

Both were full of water – but only because the sea made it so. The sea was full of water and when its water evaporated it rose into the clouds that inhabited the sea.

When put together, the sea and the sky could become many things. They could become a magnificent sight for the eye to behold. They could become a raging storm that could destroy a family.

Together they had the potential to become perfect.

So why was the sky to her sea refusing to trust her – to become the magnificent storm, which would save their world, with her?

I've been wanting to do a Haruka and Michiru piece for -ages-. Not overly romantic or anything but I usually quite suck at romance stories; reading /or/ writing.
