*Deadlox POV* The Hunger Games: a game of death, I stood in the circle awaiting the count down. I looked around to see my competition. an aquatic looking guy, a frog in a white suit, then i saw 'him' i didn't understand, his tan skin and golden amulet. He was just so.. perfect. I was so distracted that i didn't notice the countdown had started.
5.. 4.. 3.. 2.. 1 And off we went, I ran towards the center and managed to get a stone axe and 2 baked potatos. People had started fighting, all round me, blood. I ran through the forest and climbed a mountain, from there i could get a pretty good view of the area. I saw the frog fighting someone and a couple other people running around the forest, i don't think anyone saw me. But as i climbed back down the mountain, i saw the grass ruffle, at first i thought it was just the wind, but once i noticed something running around me, it was obvious that someone was after me. i swung around and managed to catch them, my axe had hit their arm and they were bleeding, i saw it was the aquatic guy, i was now able to see his gray suit and red tie, the suit was covered in blood and dirt and the tie was almost completely ripped off. He ran off just as fast as he had gotten here. I noticed i was hungry but before i could get out my potatoes, the man in the gray suit had returned. His tie was now rapped around his wound that i had made. He had a wooden sword, i charged in and managed to get a good hit on him, and with one hit, he was dead. I got out my potatoes once i was sure there was no one around me and I ate. I crept through the forest and found another chest, I got a leather helmet and stone sword. I was glad i got the upgrade. As i walked on more i noticed the countdown had started for the deathmatch, 1 minute left. I searched for more supplies, but nothing was found. 5.. 4.. 3.. 2.. 1.. And i was teleported to the center and looked for who was still alive. The Frog, 'him', A guy with a goatee and an amulet of gold, like the one 'he' had. I darted off towards the highest point i could see, i climbed up some vines and got on top of a tree. The frog was killed by the man with the goatee, then he went after 'him'. I couldn't let him die, right there, so i ran down and stabbed the man with the goatee. It was just us, i new one of us had to kill the other but i couldn't manage to do it. We were standing there, face to face. I don't think either of us could do it. I tried to back away but then i realised i wasn't moving, I couldn't. He grabbed my arm and slowly took off his glasses. He had the most beautiful eyes i've ever seen. He brushed away my hair and we both knew no one was killing the other, But it had to be done. I didn't know what to do. I pushed his arm off of mine and just stared. "h..hi.." he said "m.. my name's Sky", "..hi.." I said in return "I.. I'm.. deadlox". we both stood there for a while and then the silence was broken "You.. you have nice headphones." he said "..thanks.. I like your amulet." He looked at his amulet and replied "..Thanks..". He pulled me closer, his eyes shined, and his lips touched mine. I closed my eyes and when i opened them again, I was in the lobby. It showed the game ended in a tie. I wasn't sure exactly what happened but at the time, I didn't care. Sky stood next to me and we were both happy.
