Disclaimer: None of this belongs to me (yet) it is all the property of the fabulous J.K Rowling.

A note: So this is the prequel to Not Predicted it is very short yet I feel that it explains the beginning of the previously mentioned story. So this is practically the prologue of that story, enjoy.

FOREVER AND FOR ALWAYS

A woman with brown bushy hair sat tied to an oak chair while a smirking boy watched on. The lady appeared to be frowning whilst the boy continued smirking as she attempted to pull herself free. The smirking continued while the woman; whose hair looked bushier than ever, glanced at the small wooden stick metres away from the chair. The boy who had blonde hair laughed at her; his laugh was like a tree creaking in the wind and the lady hearing it tried to block her ears. The boy scowled at this and kicked the chair over in anger. Unknowingly this had made the ropes loosen and the lady quickly attempted to escape. With a lazy flick of the same wooden stick the lady had glanced at, she froze unable to move.

''Now Granger we can either do this my way or you'll stay frozen like that forever'' the boy commented. No audible reply was heard but moments later the lady began to move.

''That was unnecessary Malfoy and you know it'' she replied hissing the answer to him whilst looking for any open doors or windows. The boy simply ignored her as he watched her examine each wall and much to his amusement try and force the locked door open with her bare hands. The boy approached her quietly observing her worry and desperation with indifference. The lady who had seemingly given up turned around and showed no surprise when she saw him directly behind her. ''You always did have a knack for following me'' she muttered so he could barely hear her. Then uncaringly she moved to the opposite side of the room where seconds later a load pop was heard and the boy reappeared right next to her. She began to back away but almost instantly the boy grabbed her arm, pulling her in close.

''You always did think you could run away from me……but remember I'll always be there, watching you…Hermione'' he whispered. The lady snatching back her arm after many failed attempts snarled in his direction.

''Don't ever call me that again only friends do and you most certainly aren't one'' she shouted her hair flying in every direction; emphasising the word friends. The boy seemed to nod his head in agreement.

''Your right'' he replied as the lady wore a surprised look ''were much, much more than that''. Then sighing he walked away from the woman; the previously locked door seemed to open without any assistance and the woman walked out turning back once to glance at the boy gazing out of the window. Accidentally she dropped a piece of scrappy old parchment that seemed to be the original draft of a letter to 'Harry Potter'; a gift for the boy.

Anything could have happened next, yet it never did though the boy now keeps that little piece of parchment in a special box which he takes wherever he goes. The girl, if she looked hard enough always saw a glimpse of blonde hair knowing that malfoy was watching her forever and for always.

THE END (or is it)
