The Plot
Allow me to welcome you to the one place on Earth where anything goes. When I say anything, I truly mean anything. Westmont, a suburb outside of New York City, plays home to the richest and most elite of the gene pool winners. When you grow up in the sort of life that kids around Westmont grow up in, you know the rights and wrongs of our society. For one, you always dress to impress. You never know who you might run into on a hazy summer night. It's not hard to follow the basic rules of our way of life, and hopefully for you, you can keep up.
Brentwood Academy is a middle school located in this lively suburb. It's filled to the brim with the offspring of famous tv icons, politicians, and business tycoons. It's a very prestigious school that takes pride in its highly academic students, and is ruled by the infamous clique called the Material Girls. Brentwood Academy is the breading ground of jealousy, rumors, and catfights. Here, it's easy to overstep your boundaries and one wrong move can leave you alienated for all three years of your middle school career. A word to the wise; watch your back. With drama, lies, cliques, and catfights, it's bound to get hotter then a New York summer. I'd tell you to hang on tight, but what's the fun in that?

Savannah St. John
An alpha with an attitude, this girl loves power, and will do just about anything to stay in charge. She rules the social scene at Brentwood Academy and is Queen Bee of the ever so popular Material Girls. Savannah always gets what she wants from her parents, teachers, other students; everyone. And even if she doesn't get what she wants at first, her manipulative ways are sure to land her that new Prada bag or hot guy in the end anyways. With her killer sense of style, clever come-backs, and take-charge attitude, it's no wonder Savannah has always been on top.
Dior Evans
Savannah's beta, and best friend since the second grade, this girl is the queen of gossip. She always knows the scoop before anyone else which makes her one of the queen bee's most valuable members of the clique. Dior is practically attached to Savannah's hip. They do everything together. So it's no surprise that the other girls in the clique are often jealous of her, and Dior wants to keep it that way. The closer she is with Savannah, the less she has to worry about every losing her spot in the clique.
Olivia Santos
Olivia, or Liv as her friends often call her, always gets what she wants. Well, almost always. From the day Savannah, Dior, and herself started the Material Girls, Olivia has only wanted one thing. To be beta of the clique. But Dior has always stood in the way of this dream of hers. So this year, she's going to have to step it up a notch. If she plays her cards just right, she might find herself at Savannah's side, as beta of the material girls. But if things go wrong, she could end up out of the clique, for good.
Megan York
Megan York is a fashion guru, there's now doubt about that. She is always up to date with the latest fashions and has a killer sense of style. The newest addition to the clique, she moved to Westmont just a year and a half ago. So you can defiantly say that she isn't completely 'in' just yet, which is why Megan's always got her guard up. She knows that Savannah would drop her in a heart-beat if someone better came along. Megan's a pretty big suck up to Savannah. She does just about anything for the girl. Assists her while the clique is out shopping, buy's her latte's at Starbucks, and even does some of her homework. It's all hard work, but Megan knows it will all be worth it in the end. At least she hopes.
