Notes: Alright guys, because I haven't really done anything to do with the 'Song-fic' challenge for a while, I thought I'd take up the song 'Stronger' by 'Kelly Clarkson' and write this kind of thing. I hope you like - Reviews are appreciated and take care!
Look around, Life's easy isn't it little Remus Lupin? You don't know this yet, but it gets harder. Life gets hard. Though it's not happened yet, you'll be ripped apart by words, stones thrown by prejudice entities, and unfortunately - yourself, in more than one way.
You'll hate it, you'll be so lonely - there will literally be no hope for you ever for the rest of your life. But it's okay, because at the moment, you're just little Remus - Baby Remus - HumanRemus.
Though your bravery will be limited, and you'll edge yourself deeper into your shell, you'll soon find yourself smiling when you are with your parents. Don't even bat and eyelash at having friends, because acceptance will be rare - and soon you'll release that books are better company than people anyway.
Now I'm not saying you won't envy those with any sort of social life - you will, of course, be Jealous. You may yearn for relationships, a life not defined by silence and over analysed questions. But in that life, answered are often left undiscovered, where only the ambitious seek them, and Remus darling, you're ment for so much more.
When you look in the mirror, be aware that you will scowl, degrade yourself. After all, monsters are always the villan in the books - who's ever read a story about a good werewolf?
You will be the wonder and cause of shock for several - but the downfall of many. But do not fret Remy dear, close your eyes - ignore those cruel names - your still free for a few more years.
How a simple bit can transform someone - you won't change Remus - but you'll never be the same. Because haven't you ever heard? What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.
