Prologue
Everyone knows the story of Kronos, right? Well, if you don't, listen up. I'm still going to tell you this story. Kronos is the youngest son of Ouranos, the sky god, or something. Gaia is the Earth as well as the Ouranos' wife. Together, they had 12 sons and 6 daughters. Ouranos had locked away the 3 of the oldest titans in the belly of the earth, when Gaia had found out, she ordered her sons to rebel.
At Ouranos downfall, he cast a curse on the titans. Now, his youngest son, Kronos became the new leader of the titans since he was the one who casted away his father. However, Kronos is not a big idiot like Ouranos and trapped his children. Instead, whenever Rhea, his wife, had given birth to a child, he ordered her to give him the child. Where he would swallow them whole.
However, when Rhea gave birth to the last child, Zeus, instead of handing him to her husband, she hidden him in the island of Krete. Rhea handed her husband a rock covered in infant clothes instead. When Zeus had grown up, he overthrown his father and made him throw up all of his other brothers and sisters. He threw his father into Tartarus and cut him up in a million peices.
Zeus and his other two brothers, Poseidon and Hades split the responsibilities up. Zeus gets the sky as well as the role of being king of the gods and goddesses. Poseidon gets the sea and well, Hades gets the underworld.
Now this is not my main point of the overthrowing thing. It is about when Hades had a daughter. I presume a lot of you read the Percy Jackson series and whatnot. So this daughter is about the same age as Percy. Well, Hades' daughter is his joy and pride.
Hades' daughter, Kiera along with her three brothers lived with in Hades' domain. Kiera had an out-going nature like Persephone. And now you know, Kiera is actually the daughter of both Persephone and Hades. At first, Hades thought of killing her, but seeing her smile at him warmed him, becoming his only weakness. Hades and Persephone of course kept her a secret from the rest of the Oylmpians. Kiera, the newest new generation goddess, well, acts like a demigod…
