Silence

Sorry in advance for any mistakes. I wrote this at like midnight today.
Ally POV:
Most people would think silence means awkwardness. Others think peace and quiet means you're pissed off. That doesn't apply for Austin and I.
Austin decided to come over and spend the weekend at my house. My dad was away (again) on another business trip. We were currently just relaxing in my room. If you're thinking it, nothing is going on except us just laying down (nothing more). At one point, we had a movie marathon on my tv. After about 5-6 movies, we lost count, we turned off the tv.
My room was pretty bland(white walls, white bed, a little desk in my corner). We stayed silent for about a good hour.(It's kinda funny to think of Austin Moon enjoying silence, considering he's pretty loud.)Nothing could be heard besides our short and even breaths. It was so quiet you could probably hear a pin drop.
I tore my eyes from my ceiling and glanced over at my boyfriend of 1 year. He seemed to be looking upwards too,until he felt my gaze on him. He looked down at me and pecked my check. One year with this crazy guy and I still get butterflies at the smallest gestures.
Silence is good for thinking. I laid and thought about just about everything: Austin, lyrics, my career, how Trish and Dez even got together, and how much I enjoy times like this.
I turned to my side and looked at the blonde next to me. I guess he could feel my eyes on him again. He gently pulled my petite body to him and I snuggled into his side. As if practiced, we both sighed contentedly.
Peaceful, happiness, and love was felt in my body. Nothing else mattered at a time like this. I live and love every simple, yet amazing moment of silence. No words are needed. Whether we share looks or just snuggle up, words are never spoken. It's never a silence based off being mad at the other or an awkward silence. All it is just comfortable.
Time pasts by and we remain in our places. It's like he's my missing puzzle piece. I complete him and he completes me. I don't think he realizes how much I need him.
Finally when our hour of silence was up, Austin half-awake said "I love you Ally to the moon and back(lol pun)". I chuckled softly and muttered back "I love you to you and back." Austin glanced at me, sending me a playful glare in response to my corny joke. We settled down under my comforter. Eventually sleep took over our bodies and we went into peaceful slumbers. Absolute and complete silence.
