It was a calm quite day. Steven's house was alive with his friends having a good time. The gems were also enjoying themselves. And-
KABOOM!
Everyone looked where a large explosion had occurred in beach city. Pearl looked at the scanner and paled. It was showing her signs of a large Reaver incursion! This concerned the Gems.
What were reavers doing this far south of the galactic core?! Against Stevens protests, they left him behind. Gem monsters were one thing, but reavers were a different league on their own!

Meanwhile, underneath a camouflage net nearby. The infamous slaver "Black Kado" smirked as the crystal gems left the house.
His eyes turned hungrily onto his targets: not only the only Human/Gem hybrid in existence...But the only known human capable of fusing as well! Both together in one convenient place!
Yes, the yellow Diamond authority well reward me well. Thought the man as he signaled his men to jam to house's tech and ready to snatch the children...
