Two sisters, Semper and Aeternum were staying in the Lumiose City hotel. They were strange girls to say the least. Semper could hear the voices ghosts and the spirits of the past, present, and future and Aeternum didn't sleep nor eat.
They'd just gotten unpacked and decided to get in the elevator and go to the ground floor. Suddenly, the elevator made a strange high-pitched noise, and the elevator began falling quickly, then abruptly stopped. When the doors opened, they realized that they were in some sort of catacombs below the city.
"The spirits of the past tell me that this place was the home of a professor." Exclaimed Semper. "They also say to dig into the wall a little over there."
Aeternum began to rip at the wall where Semper had pointed. Eventually she found a small, hollow space with a parcel in it.
"The spirits of the present say we should leave." Yelled Semper. "Now!"
Aeternum quickly grabbed the parcel, and the two girls got back into the elevator, and returned to their floor like nothing happened.
Later they decided to open the parcel. Inside were three Pokeballs, one labeled with an H, one labeled with a V, and one labeled with a D, two glowing orbs and a notebook. Inside the notebook there was a picture of a Carbink swallowing an odd gem and evolving into another Pokemon covered in crystals called Diancie. It also showed a Pokemon named Volcanion shooting a blast of both fire and water at the same time, a Pokemon with ringed horns, ironically called Hoopa, and robotic-looking forms of Latios and Latias.
"The voices of the past tell me that we can't open the Pokeballs." Said Semper. "They say we should just put them back and wait for the chosen one to come and take them. The voices of the future tell me that this chosen one will appear in that building one day."
She pointed out the window to an unmarked building not far away.
The next day Aeternum returned the parcel to the catacombs. Semper had other plans. She was out with her boyfriend, Lysandre. He picked her up at the usual place, outside the Pokecenter near the gym. They went to one of the nearby cafés.
Semper decided to tell him of her findings. Unfortunately, he wasn't the only one who heard. A man searching for a power that the Sinnoh region simply didn't posses, who knew of the Kalos regions legends, was the other. The spirits of the present alerted Semper to this, and the spirits of the future told her that this man would try to kill her soon. She told this to Lysandre.
"I'll save you." He replied. "Tomorrow we leave by train from the Lumiose station at 9:30 in the morning."
The next day, Lysandre went to the station, only to find that the tracks had been eaten away by Aron. He left a message for Semper behind the large board displaying the train map. "I'm going to go for help. Wait in the usual place." It read. Lysandre went to find the only person who could help, AZ.
When Semper arrived at the train station, the spirits of the present alerted her of the message. She read it and walked to the Pokecenter. While she was waiting outside, the spirits of the present alerted her to a presence behind her. She thought it was Lysandre, but it was the man from before. When she wouldn't tell him where the Pokemon were, he killed her on the spot.
When Lysandre came back, Semper was already dead. He begged AZ to bring her back with his machine, but he refused.
Semper's ghost waits in the unmarked building, waiting for the chosen one. Aeternum listens to the elevator every day and night, waiting to hear the chosen one descend into the catacombs. In grief, Lysandre developed multi personality disorder. One of his personalities wanting to bring his lost love back, the other wanting to kill everyone for revenge.
