I don't own Dukes of Hazzard. This was just a quick 'what if' story I wrote year and a half ago. I didn't intend for it to be long. Sorry. Review.
It was all happening so fast. First Bo and Luke were just trying to help Jude, but now the rattlesnake that Patch had put in the General Lee Had bitten Bo. The General Lee went out of control and hit a tree. Luke jumped out and went to the drivers side.
"Bo"
No one answered. Luke reached in and pulled out his cousin. He was unconscious. The snake had disappeared. Patch and his friend are gone. Grady and Daisy had hurry to help Luke.
"Luke, what happened?"
"A rattlesnake bit Bo, Daisy. We have to take him to the hospital."
With some help from Grady, they put Bo in the back seat of the car Cooter gave Daisy. They asked Grady to call Jesse over the CB and tell him what had happened. He also called Cooter to pick up the General and take it back to his garage.
At the hospital. Jesse, Luke, and Daisy waited to hear about Bo. It had been four hours and none of the people there were telling them anything. Daisy had fallen asleep on Luke's shoulder. One of the doctors came into the waiting room "How is he?"
"We gave him some medicine because the snake was poisonous. He'll be just fine."
"Thank you."
"One of you may go see him but only one. He needs to rest.Uncle Jesse sat down.
"Luke, you go see him."
"Why?"
"Daisy's asleep and I need to calm down about what you two did before I see him."
"Uncle Jesse, we're sorry. We didn't mean to worry you."
"Go see him, Luke."
Luke walked into Bo's room. His cousin looked so young.
"Hi, ya Luke."
"Hey, Bo. How are you?"
"I feel better. How are you?"
"Worried. So is Daisy and Uncle Jesse."
"We're going to get the belt when we get home, huh?"
"Yep."
