Sonic like normal was running away from Amy and Tails tells Sonic "Tell her!" Sonic replies "She'll murder me" and Tails reminds him "She practically does that already". Sonic thinks a bit and turns around "Amy. You should know. I do love you, really. But I'm not willing to settle down. That's why I won't have a relationship with you" Amy is shock but quickly finds her words, taking her last chance "Can I at least be your girlfriend? It doesn't have to go any further. Sorry for the violent proposals" Sonic thinks and nods.
A few years later. Sonic and Amy meet up and Amy tells him "These past few years. My relationship with you, I can finally say..." Sonic thinks "What? I thought she agreed to not proposing" Amy finishes "I've been bored to death". Sonic is shocked and before he can finnish processing this Amy tells him "Thanks for helping me understand. Saving animals is my real calling. Stopping my chase can help." Amy runs off.
