Puck doesn't feel alive, he's numb, nobody talks to him and when they do they yell. They don't get it; she'd get it if she were here though. That's the difference between her and the rest of the world, she cares. Well, cared.

If Quinn Fabray died, well Puck might as well die as well. He would have nothing left. Beth was gone. And nobody wanted him anymore, he was like trash. She thought of him differently.

If Quinn Fabray died, Puck would be alone all the time. No more bets on whether Rachel would have a solo every practice. No more hanging out after and before school, just lying down in the bed of his truck while their arms were wrapped around each other. Her favorite spot was beside the lake. She'd always call him right before bed, and they'd fall asleep at the sound of each other breathing.

If Quinn Fabray died, Puck would have no one to cheat and copy of off during Math quizzes and tests, and just anything in general.

If Quinn Fabray died, he wouldn't have a dance partner, he'd be alone and then they'd never get a duet at sectionals.

If Quinn Fabray died, there would be no more late nights. No more sneaking over to her house to hold her while she tried to fall asleep.

If Quinn Fabray died, there would be no one for Puck to love, and no one to love him back.

Quinn Fabray is dead and Puck has no one to talk to at school, he goes through his days and sits in his truck all alone during lunch, he mostly cries. He has no one to make stupid bets with; he was no one to lay in the bed of his truck with. No one would call him anymore; he wasn't able to sleep without hearing her voice right before it, he figure out.

Quinn Fabray is dead, and Puck is failing all his courses. Sleeping during them as well.

Quinn Fabray is dead, but the only thing that hasn't changed is those late nights. The things that did change were the events. He'd sneak out and drive to her grave and lay beside it. Mostly crying.
