I'm an otaku, I am also a martial artist studying the art on taekwondo. My parents are both dead and all my siblings my older brother and two sisters are in the military. So I'm 13 and I live by myself. I take taekwondo at hwangs marital arts and I'm really good. I practice a lot where I can't be distracted by anime. Some people say that you can't be an otaku and an athlete (a good athlete) but I make it possible.

Let's get on with the story shall we. I got up out of bed one morning at 5:00 and took a swift shower that I put on a pair of worn jeans an attack on titan baseball style shirt and some Tokyo ghoul high tops I have a sword art online backpack. I leave my apartment at 5:30. I walk a few blocks down and walk into a coffee shop. "Hey Rebecca!" I called to my friend who was 12 she always mans the morning shirt of her dad's coffee shop. "Morning Ripple!" she calls back. Ripple that's my name I think it suits me.

I have midback chocolate brown hair which was tied into a ponytail. And green eyes. I was really skinny maybe 95 pounds. My legs were slightly big but not too much and it was pure muscle. I have a small chest.

I sit down at the counter and Rebecca puts a cup of coffee in front of me. "Class tonight? Tournaments coming up soon." I said. "Yeah I'll be there, I need to be reviewing tae geuk yook Jung. I'm still kind of rusty, you know you're a lot better at tae kwon do that me Ripple" I smiled at her. After I drank my coffee I walked over to the manga store 20 minutes away. " hey Mr. Purcell" I called Mr. Purcell owned this manga store but worked part time at Hwangs during tae kwon do class during the evening. "Hey Ripple" he called he was stocking in the corner. I walked over to the new releases shelf. Then I saw my best friend Joshua he is 13 like me, he's an otaku and he goes to Hwang's he was close to black belt like me. Both I and he promised each other that we wouldn't quit until we got too old to do it anymore. Black belt isn't the end." Hey Joshua!" I said. He turned around and grinned " hey ripple" he said
