Chapter 1- Prologue

A woman was running in the forest surrounded by tall trees. The animals of the forest were silent and the only sound you could hear in the forest was the woman's footsteps and the angry yells and stomps of a army following the woman. The woman herself was beautiful with messy blonde hair that reached her shoulders. Her blue eyes shined with tears and sadness. In her arms she was holding a baby boy that was born days ago.

"Come on," the woman muttered silently as she jumped over a tree branch that had fallen. She looked behind her to see light—she guessed torches. She breathed heavily before continuing to run towards the one place she knew that her son would be taken care of.

A howl echoed the forest that made her run faster. She guessed they released the hunting wolves. She saw the glittering pond and knew she was close so she ran faster. Her lungs heaved for breath as the snarls and growls of the wolves reached her ears.

She froze at the sight of the big cave. She knew the wolves were behind her but they were no doubt wary of this place. The cave just screamed of ancient. Intricate designs of dragons were on the cave walls.

The woman stayed silent when a large shadow loomed over her. Her heart beat faster at the sight of the enormous dragon with black scales. The dragon stared at the human in the eye before growling at the wolves. The wolves whimpered at the sight of a enormous beast but they gave no yield.

The dragon then drew a breath and released fire from its mouth burning the wolves alive. Only ashes and bones remained of the wolves and smoke filled the area making the woman cough.

The dragon narrowed its eyes at the woman before blinking at the queen. The dragon would have killed the woman for disturbing his sleep, but this woman was the queen's sister and known to the dragons. So he waited for an excuse from the queen's sister.

"Tharos," the woman bowed. "The Dark One."

The dragon made a humming noise in its throat at being acknowledged and nodded its big head at the woman to continue.

"War is coming to my sister Elizabeth's kingdom," the woman said. "I can't have my son living in the middle of war at this young age."

The dragon nodded. He understood what the woman was saying, but he guessed why the woman was here.

"I would like for you to take him to my sister Sally who lives on Earth," the woman said gulping. "I would like for you to be his companion and when he is older—teach him our ways, make him a warrior so he can take back my sister's kingdom."

The dragon growled slightly making the woman nervous. Tharos stopped growling and hummed. Thinking, what would he gain of this? Perhaps a companion, he had forgotten what it was like to fly with a rider due to his last rider dying in battle. The woman continued to stare at her feet nervous of Tharos declining this.

She felt hot breath on her face before looking up at Tharos to see the dragon nodding its head. She sighed in relief. She kissed her sleeping son's forehead. "I love you, don't you ever forget that. I love you." She said tear-eyed at her son who blinked sleepily with seal sea-green eyes.

The woman heard the yells of man getting closer and let loose a sob before lowering her son on the ground and stepping away. The dragon looked towards the sound of an army and nodded at the woman before letting loose a blast of wind at the young child and it disappeared.

The woman sobbed on her knees as she watched her son disappear. She looked up towards the dragon who seemed to grin with its large teeth before the enormous dragon's body was covered with shadows and when the shadows were gone—nothing was left.

The woman stood up shakily and faced the army but before she could say anything—an arrow shot her in the leg and she fell to the ground in pain.

A male voice shouted, "Bring her to our new kingdom!"

I woke up sweating from that dream. That was the weirdest dream I have ever dreamed of. Probably not the weirdest, but not normal either and that baby even looked like me.

I groaned and moved around on my bed in the warmth. I didn't want to get up but I did anyway and went to the bathroom to take a shower. After my shower and putting a blue t-shirt and jeans, socks on I walked into the kitchen. My mom was already making breakfast.

"Morning," I muttered tiredly.

"Good morning, honey." My mother said without turning around.

"Blue pancakes?" I asked as I made myself some coffee with sugar.

My mom, Sally, the most awesome mom ever nodded in agreement. I smiled like a little kid and sat down before drinking my coffee a little.

"Where's Paul?" I asked.

"Already went to work,"

I nodded. I looked towards the pictures and saw myself wearing dirty Camp Half-Blood orange shirt and blue jeans. I was holding hands with Annabeth—I smiled—and she was wearing dirty muddy clothes too and she was still the most beautiful girl I have ever seen with her blonde curly hair like a princess and stormy gray eyes that were dazzling. In the picture we were both smiling without a care in the world.

I smiled at my mother who placed the plate of blue pancakes on the table in front of me. She smiled at me back. Gods, I loved my mother. I dug in and ate quick because I wanted to get to camp and meet my friends—mostly Annabeth.

I watched as my mom sat down at the table with newspaper next to her pancakes. I froze when I remembered the dream. "Uh," I said awkwardly, "Mum?"

"Yes?" She asked looking at me.

I cleared my throat and wondered how to say it, but the next thing I know I was blabbering all about the dream I had and with every sentence my mom's face was growing pale. She was shaky and are those tears?

Not knowing what to do, I just stood up and walked behind my mother and hugged her. She smelled of candy and pancakes like usual.

"I guess…" my mom said shakily. "I guess I'll have to tell you the truth."

"You don't have to…" I trailed off despite how much I wanted to know but if it made her cry then I really didn't want to know.

"No, no," she said. "You need to know."

She thanked me after releasing her from the hug and she stood up and walked to her bedroom. Confused, I followed her and soon we were in her bedroom where she walked to her closet and opened it. I saw her pulling out a cardboard box then she closed the closet and sat down on the bed before patting the bed motioning for me to sit down.

I obliged and watched her open the box. I stayed silent and when the box was open there were several things inside that she took out. I saw pictures, weird amulets and was that wood?

"I'm not your real mother," she said looking at a picture and I froze.

I couldn't believe what she was saying. I've known her all my life and she's taken care of me all my life. She is my mother. "What?" I squeaked in a tiny voice.

I stared at her hoping that she was just making a joke but her face was serious with dried tears and it looked like she was about to cry again. She handed me the picture and I looked at it. There were three women and I'd guess they were triplets because they all looked the same.

"The one in the middle," my mother said as I looked at the middle one who had short brown hair and dark blue eyes. "She's my older sister. Her name is Elizabeth Jackson and she is a Queen."

I turned to her wide-eyed, Queen?

She ignored and pointed to the one on the left, "That is your mother." She said. I gulped and looked at her. She had shoulder-length blonde hair and her blue eyes were like the brightest sky. Her skin was more tanned than the others. She was beautiful. "Her name is Olivia Jackson."

My mother then pointed to the one on the right and said, "That is me."

I looked at the one she pointed and it was true. She had the same features but younger, auburn hair and blue eyes that almost looked like green in the picture.

I kept watching at the three sisters in the picture and then turned to my mom, "Explain," I said with bit of anger in my voice. I could sense the water in the pipes bubbling and interacting to my anger.

My mother or Sally said, "I was the youngest sister of the three and I didn't like the confinement of the kingdom so I decided to leave. On my journey I found things unbelievable and one of them was a portal to this planet or realm."

I had to stop her right there. "What are you, an alien?"

Sally looked at me wide-eyed then suddenly she began laughing loud. I had to admit that was a dumb question.

Slowly she managed to calm down and said, "No-no. I'm not an alien. I'm still a human but we have powers—I suppose you could call me a mage."

A mage… My mind froze. I just looked at her and she smirked before saying some words—that were foreign and out of this world but I understood them. I didn't know what she said but I understood everything in English.

Let the magic flow through the palm of my hand.

Slowly in awe I watched as her palm started glowing violet. In seconds she was holding a small violet orb that just levitated above her palm.

"My world is called Mother Earth," she said and I looked at her weirdly. Isn't it after Gaea's name? Annabeth had taught me things of the Protogenoi. "Yes, it is named after that Protogenoi. It is similar to Earth but it is in the medieval ages and there is no technology, no guns and there are beasts that are more unique than Greek monsters."

"What happened then?" I asked because I wanted to know of my mother and how I came to be or something like that. "What about my mother?"

I made myself a little more comfortable on the bed and watched as Sally's eyes went misty and she choked back a sob. "Your mother… Olivia Jackson was the middle-born of our family. She was a little rebellious and hated confinement like me but she didn't want to leave her family." She said and then I had a thought. If my father…

"Wait!" I said hurriedly. "Is my father…?"

She nodded. "Poseidon adopted you too because he saw how happy you made me despite him wanting his true-blooded son. That's why you have his powers and all."

My world was spinning. My mother wasn't from Earth. Poseidon is my adopted father and so is Sally. I'm not from Earth myself!

I was about to ask more questions but she cut me off. "Stop." She said. "You have to learn this on your own and I'll give someone to help you with it."

I raised my eyebrow as she grabbed—an egg? She took an white and black colored egg, much larger than others from the box.

Sally smiled at the egg as if she was in a long forgotten memory. "This is Tharos," she said. "The Dark One and he will help you in your journey. Some day you will have to go back to your birth world and help my sister's kingdom and their people."

She handed me the egg and I took it. It was quite heavy but I managed to hold it safely in my hands. I looked at the egg awkwardly. Slowly the egg began to crack and heat up. I didn't drop it but the heat was slowly hurting my hands. The egg blew apart and I was holding a freaking dragon in my hand!

"A dragon," I yelped. "A freaking dragon!"

The dragon—it seemed to be looking at me with amusement. Sally was laughing next to me but when the black-colored small dragon looked at her she stopped. The dragon seemed to narrow its eyes and Sally shivered involuntarily and said. "It's time."

The dragon—Tharos—nodded its head then turned to me with its black slit eyes. I felt something click in my mind and I heard a gentle and authority filled voice. We meet at last, companion.

I yelped again. "It speaks!?"

Sally giggled and I heard the dragon hum or laugh in my mind. I suppose you aren't wise just like your mother. She was the best fighter though.

I narrowed my eyes at the dragon. I didn't like people calling me stupid. Yes, incredible right? People call me seaweed brain all the time and I just laugh it off but they have no idea how it hurts when your closest ones imply you as stupid.

The dragon on my hand hummed in agreement. Confused I asked—uhh I asked in my mind. Can you read my mind?

Tharos nodded its head. Yes. We will be capable of much more in the near future.

"Uhh," I turned to Sally—or my mother. I guess she's my mother for now? Confused as hell. "Do I take him to camp too?"

My mother nodded. "Tharos is a good hider in plain sight." She chuckled as if it was a good joke. I turned back to Tharos on my hand and he was gone—but I could feel him laying on my hand. Shrugging and freaked out I said. Can you lay on my shoulder or something?

I felt Tharos give its agreement before I felt something land on my shoulder curling up. Turning to my mother I gave her a hug and a kiss on the cheek before saying, "You're still my mother, no matter what."

My mother nodded tear-eyed and said goodbye.

Camp Half-Blood here I come with a dragon!

-Author notes-

This will be a lot different. There won't be much action in the beginning. Percy will be training a lot and learning etiquettes and everything else about his birth-home with the help of Tharos. He will be learning blacksmithing, crafting and other things. Percy will be like a battle-mage in this story. He will be using magic and swords, bows and arrows and other incredible stuff.

This story will not be Percabeth! We will see who Percy's girlfriend will be, maybe from his birth-home or a goddess? Maybe someone else entirely?

So, I suppose I will ask this. Are you guys interested in reading something like this? And would you guys like to see Giant War II on this or just Percy taking back his mother's home and meeting his siblings and his mother's sisters and everything.

I really want to know if you guys are interested in reading something like this because if you aren't and there won't be reviews that would help me and stuff then I wouldn't bother writing this.

I'm sorry if the explanation in the story lacked. Tharos will be explaining little of his home in the chapters further on and Percy will read of his home too. Percy is not stupid in this story. Sure, he will be oblivious and all, but not stupid! He is going to learn like Athena's children would.

The title will change or stay the same in future. I haven't gotten a good title yet so if you have any good ideas, feel free to suggest. The Princess' Guard will make sense later on in the chapters.
