After Annie was rescued, Mr. Stacks invited the other girls, Miss Hannigan, and I over to celebrate. We had a really fun time eating pizza, playing games, and dancing. I even got Miss Hannigan to dance!
When it was time to go, we all gave Annie hugs.
"I'll miss you guys." said Annie.
"Us too." I said.
"Ya," said Tessie. "Even Pepper will, she just won't admit it."
Behind us, Miss Hannigan smiled.
"Miss Hannigan, are you crying?" I asked.
"What? No!" she replied. "Ok maybe. Annie, I've basically raised you your whole life. It's hard to see you go. I'm gonna miss you."
"I'll miss you too, Miss Hannigan." Annie said.
Then, Miss Hannigan hugged Annie! Pepper, Tessie, and Isabella stood there with their mouths wide open. But I wasn't surprised. I knew she was changing.
"Come on guys, we have to go." Miss Hannigan said.
We all said our last goodbyes, and then went into the elevator.
