I noticed that everyone was doing storys about the death of some of the warrior cats, but none of them had a story about whitethroat, so i figured i would make one. hope you like it! :)
Littlecloud said we would be safe from the sickness raging in ShadowClan. I didn't believe him. He tried to persuade me to go, but I didn't want to nearly die or die this time.
Eventually Littlecloud left "I promise you, you will be safe from the sickness, and even in the rare chance you should catch it again, look, I have the herbs and I know how to cure it so you don't have to be afraid of dieing."
Those were the last words I ever heard from him, when I was alive. I did not realize that, that was the biggest mistake of my life. I hid, a coward I was, but I was so afraid of once again catching that terrible sickness that I hid from my fear.
I didn't confront it, I hid. Later I joined Tigerstar's band of roguges, hoping I would be safe there.
One day, Tigerstar said that we were going to ambush a ThunderClan patrol. Fear struck my heart. I didn't want to attack the clan that saved my and Littlecloud's life! I knew I couldn't protest or else I may be killed.
That day, we waited, waited for a ThunderClan patrol to come to their death. The Clan that shunned Tigerstar. I believed this, until that fateful day that Tigerstar was killed and I was in StarClan.
The patrol didn't hear us coming. We pounced, Tigerstar on a swift tabby tom, me on a pale ginger young tabby tom, I guessed he was an apprentice. The other cats were only few and they attacked a brown she-cat. The golden brown tabby tom and I scrabbled for a few moments and finally I was posing to land a fatal blow to his head and saw his look of terror.
I let him go, aiming my used to be, fatal blow, intentionally, to the ground. I couldn't hurt one of the Clan that saved my and my brother's lives. I looked around to see if anyone needed help.
I froze in horror…Tigerstar, battling the swift tabby tom had his teeth sank into the cat's neck. I watched as Tigerstar dropped the cat to the ground and meowed "good riddance, Runningwind." I was frozen in horror as the rest of the cats in our little band had stopped fighting; the ThunderClan cats had run off.
In a gruff voice, Tigerstar meowed "Lets go now before Mousefur and Thornpaw go and get more cats."
I realized those cats must have been the two other cats in the patrol. Thornpaw must have been the apprentice I was battling.
As the rest of the band of cats ran off, forgetting about me, I ran over to Runningwind's body. He looked like he had put quite a fight. I was frozen in shock that Tigerstar would kill a cat in cold blood.
I was still standing next to Runningwind's body as I saw an angry looking large patrol of ThunderClan cats burst through the bushes. The firey orange cat, Fireheart, I had seen at a gathering leapt at me. I turned tail and blindly ran. I didn't realize that I had run onto the Thunderpath, until it was too late.
I saw the monster running right at me and tried to get out of the way, but it was too late. Pain shot through my body. I did not blame Fireheart, he was just protecting his territory, and I knew it looked a lot like I was the one to have killed Runningwind.
The last thing I saw was Tigerstar, then I was swept away into the stars. Little one, don't worry, you will be safe in StarClan…
so, did you like it? I would love to have reviewers even though this is just a very short one-shot! :) oh, and sorry if i say Tigerclaw once or twice instead of Tigerstar! :)
