Sugarpaw's eyes slowly opened. She wasn't in the forest. This land was strange and confusing. Starlight filled the area, bringing a glimmer of hope into Sugarpaw's soul. As her vision focused, she could see 3 other cats. She recognised one of them as Gingerkit from Shadowclan. She tried to call to the others but instead was interrupted by a sweet, tender voice, the voice of her farther, Cloudtail.
"Hello young ones" The voice whispered "You must be brave…"
"Wait!" Skypaw mewed anxiously.
"Danger… Danger is coming to the forest" The voice mewed, slowly echoing away as the starry world faded.
"Who are you?" Gingerkit stared as the floor disappeared.
"You better not leave us here!" Stormpaw growled, ready to protect the others if needed.
"What's happening?" Sugarpaw screeched. Her body had started to fade away slowly. A pool of blood formed in the middle of the group atop a huge mountain. All four cats screamed.
"Sugarpaw, wake up!"
The apprentice woke up to find her sister by her side, an angry expression on her face.
"Wha…What happened" The clueless she-cat questioned
"You were screeching in your sleep" Lightpaw replied to her sister
"Well it's not like anycat needed to sleep anyway" Pepperpaw muttered sarcastically. Sugarpaw could tell that her denmate wasn't at all pleased.
"Are you alright?" Lightpaw questioned anxiously "You were sweating as well" The she-cat stared at her sister, her eyes filled with worry.
"Do you know where Redberry is?" Sugarpaw questioned
"Yeah, why?" Her sister replied
"I need to speak with him…"
