My first attempt at Scorrose!
Hahah, either way, this was written 2-3 years ago, when my English teacher was teaching us the format for reports. Since we had to memorise the format, I decided to do it a little differently and put shipping to good use heheh.

We'll need pink and red streamers, of course and I've asked Nott to settle them. His family owns a fabric business and they'll be able to provide quality products and at a fraction of the cost. Other than streamers, we'll also need balloons, again, pink and red (why such ugly and cheerful colours, may I ask?) so I think we'll have to contact someone about it. As you very well know, our predecessors, James Potter and Colette Miura left us a list of contacts for events such as these and they recommend the Weasley Wizarding Wheezes' no-pop balloons. May I leave that to you? (Since you are family and all…)
Now, we'll also have to meet up and discuss the menu for the House Elves to prepare. Before you protest, they are not overworked! I'll have you know that I requested Professor McGonagall to pay them extra for the trouble. I was thinking along the lines of finger food and strawberry juice as refreshments as it is red and everything. I've also attached the design for the hall (the one we agreed upon, if you remember correctly).
Before I forget, we must meet up soon (other than in classes, of course) to discuss and finalise the prefect's dutylist so that we can submit the final proposal to Professor McGonagall by Friday (which is two days from now).
One more thing, if you don't already have a date, go with me.
