"Nessi!" I heard a familiar voice yell. "Breakfast is ready."
I looked up at my alarm clock and groaned silently into my blankets. I could have sworn it was Saturday but of course I didn't get that lucky. As I lifted my limp body into a sitting position I noticed a note on my window. I wasn't in the mood to bother myself with it at the moment so I just left it there and walked over to the kitchen. Bella was sitting in at the table with Edward. They were my parents but they looked too young and beautiful to be anyones mom and dad so I just called them by there names.
Bella was in a stunning summer dress even though it was the middle of winter, and Edward was in his usual laid back look. He was also staring at Bella with a sort of intensity. This was the main reason that I called them by there names. I just couldn't imagine my parents staring at each other like that it was just a little too awkward. I looked down at the table mostly because I didn't want to look at the googely eyes anymore, and saw my favorite eggs with bacon. I quickly sat down and picked up my fork. As always it was delicious, and clearly store bought. I could tell because Bella couldn't cook. Well she could just not this good. I ate quickly because I still needed to take a shower and get dressed.
As soon as I was done I walked over to the bathroom and took a shower. I was done as soon as I had started. I put on a towel and went over to my room, still disregarding the note. While I opened the dresser drawer I remembered that the night before I had picked clothes out last night. So I closed the drawer and picked up the black skinny jeans and orange top that I had chosen for the day. I put it on and was pleased with what I saw in the mirror. The flowy top contrasted nicely with the tight jeans. I looked at my closet and saw all the shoes I had to chose from and noticing the cold I picked the fall boots.
Now that my outfit had been made it was time to do my hair. I grabbed my flat iron and easily ran it down my hair. When I finished I looked at myself in the mirror again and was even more pleased. My brown hair looked amazing and somehow matched with my shirt.
Happy with my results I did a little dance in the middle of my room. Spinning and twirling myself happily. Then on the last spin I looked at the window and saw the note again. Since I was in such a good mood I decided to look at the note, instead of leaving it for me to find latter.
I danced over to the window and stared at the note with interest. On the front there was nothing written, but I caught a glimpse of the messy writing on the the inside. I instantly knew who it was. I started fanning myself as if I was a valley girl and silently let out excited sighs. It was Jacob. Jacob Black. The most amazing person in the entire world. Ya sure he was a werewolf but I was a vampire, well half a vampire, but still.
I ripped the note off my window and read it greedily.
What would you say to hanging out today? I know you have school and all but this is one of the only days I have off. Dont show Edward this though because if you come with me then I'll be the one getting blamed when you fail French or something.
I giggled quietly at his joke and kept reading.
If you're interested then meet me at the special spot. See you soon, Jake.
I scrambled for my keys and put the note in my pocket, just in case Edward came in. "BELLA! I'M GOING TO LEAVE NOW!" I didn't give her time to answer before I picked up my purse, ran through the hole house and out the front door. The last thing I heard was "Okay honey have fun." I guessed It was Bella who said this, but I didn't turn around to check.
