This is just something I couldn't seem to get out of my head so I wrote it. : ) Remember: I DON"T OWN PERCY JACKSON AND THE OLYMPIANS OR THE HEROES OF OLYMPUS!

"Jason? Jason!" Reyna came running forward, "Oh my gods! Jason! It's really you!" I was suddenly mobbed by the faces of my friends. Reyna. Dakota. Hazel. Bobby. Gwendolyn. The memories of my past began rushing in. I smiled at them all; high-fived a few. When I got to Reyna her eyes had teared up, though she was trying to hide it. I pulled her in for a hug and every feeling I had ever felt for her came rushing back. There was no confusion. The other campers stood a safe distance watching silently and respectfully. Eventually my friends did the same, obviously embarrassed at their outburst. Reyna began to pull away, but I held her close to me with my arm around her waist. I had spent enough time without her.

Hazel was the first to speak. "Where have you been?"

"Long story. I'd like to speak with Lupa about it first." Everyone began nodding. They wouldn't pry. "I have something I need to do first though."

I began walking toward the cabins. First things first, I had to find Percy. That's when Bobby said something that made me stop dead. Someone ran into me, but I didn't look to see who it was.

"What did you say?" I whipped around towards him.

"I was just thinking that, you know, you really missed it man."

"Missed what?" I said. Urgency creeping into my voice.

"The spy." He said hesitantly.

"What spy? What happened?"

"He arrived the day you disappeared. We had already realized you we're gone and were searching for you when we found him wandering into camp. We questioned him, but he claimed not to know anything about you. We knew had to have something to do with your disappearance. It couldn't have been a coincidence he arrived the day you vanished. And it was obvious he was a demigod, but he wasn't from camp."

"What was his name?" I asked. Panic was creeping into my voice. Something about the way they spoke of the spy was giving me an uneasy feeling.

"Uh, Percy. Percy Jackson. It was the only thing we could get out of him. He claimed not to be able to remember anything else. Even after some time in the Mars cabin." He paused as if judging my expression, "If you know what I mean." Although I was almost positive of the answer, I had to ask.

"Where- Where is he now?" I managed to choke out. A very different picture was forming of his arrival than the welcome I had at Camp Half-Blood.

"What do you mean? You've been gone while, but…" He trailed off.

"Where. Is. He."

"Tartarus. I- I would assume. I mean… he was a spy." I sucked in a breath. "Are- Are you okay?"

I opened my mouth to speak, but nothing came out. The faces of the campers at Camp Half-Blood flashed through my brain. Chiron. The people waiting on the ship for my return with their fellow camper. Their friend. Annabeth's face.

"Jason what's wrong?" Reyna asked.

"I need to speak with Lupa. Now." I marched towards the center of camp.

"He was only a spy…" I heard fading into the distance.

PLEASE DON'T HATE ME! I don't want this to happen! I was reading and just thought to myself "Hey? If those Romans are so bad what if..." (paraphrasing) And then it was just stuck there blocking my thought process and so I had to get it out. But hopefully it was enjoyable in that 'My Girl' way that it's completely depressing yet still a great movie.
