"What's in box bones?" Booth asked Bones as she was wrapping the box up in a red ribbon.
Although Booth didn't like to snoop he found that the box that Brenan was wrapping was predictably small. And it peeked his curiosity. Bones replied saying " Booth it's a very special gift for a very special person". Booth looked at her curiously and asked "so are you going to tell me who the mystery person is?." Bones only nodded her no and took the wrapped present with her over to Angela's office to get her option on it. When she arrived at angela's office she saw her friend sitting down in her office chair swiveling and typing what Bones thought might be a report for a case or a secret love letter to Hodges. Bones gently tapped on the glass door to get Angela's attention. Angela saw this and got up and walked over to the door to open it up for her friend. "hey Sweetie!! What are you doing?" Angela asked sweetly to her best friend. "well" Brenan said in a whisper " I got Booth a gift for our 3 year anniversary. So SHHHHH! Don't tell him! I want it to be a surprise." "Ahhh sweetie that's wonderful. Does he know?" Angela asked excitedly. "no but I thought it would be a wonderful way to show my appreciation towards him. I got him him a watch that's in graved with his name in it. So what do you think?." Brenan asked unsure if the gift was right for Booth she really wanted to show booth how much she appreciated him. Angela nodded her head yes and told that the gift was perfect and that she should give her gift to Booth. Brenan nodded headed out of the door to find Booth to give him his special gift. She walked all around the Jeffersonian but couldn't find him. She saw Zach and went up to him hoping he knew where Booth was. " Zach have you seen Booth?" Brenan asked Zach curiously.
"ahh yes I saw Agent Booth all flustered mumbling something about a box then he left towards Dr. Sweets office." Zach said calmly while examining some old bones that were found. With that being said she went directly to Dr. sweets unknown to Bones as she was walking a certain tall brown haired good looking Seeley Booth using his FBI tailing someone training to see what Bones was up too. He had asked Zach to tell Bones that he was in Dr.Sweets office so he could coroner her. About the Mystery Box. Brenan still not knowing that booth was following her she went to sweets office only to find that sweets wasn't there." that's odd" Bones thought. Booth slowly snuck up behind Bones and tickled her from behind. This caught Brenan off guard which caused her to drop the box on the floor. After about a minute Booth stooped his assault on her and picked up the box with a bright red ribbon on it. When he picks up the box he sees a card addressed to him, so he turns to Bones and asked" is this for me?" " yes I..I just wanted to get something really nice for you to show you that I cared about our friendship and how close we are and stuff." brenan added she was so nervous that booth wouldn't like her gift. She watched as he opened the gift and he smiled looked at it and read it out loud "Booth my Partner in fighting crime, My best friend in the end, And the keeper of my heart." Booth read sincerely. "do you like it?" Bones asked nervously.
Booth answered with a soft gentle kiss to the lips. Which turn into one filled with passion and desire. They both just looked at each other for a moment then kissed once again but this time the kiss was ferice as there tongues dueled to gain entrance to the others mouth.
