Paper Flowers
I stare the first time I met Lady Blue and Lord Carrot-Top (those aren't there real names, but I like thats what I call them) Lady Blue has a paper flower in her hair, not one of those fake tissue flowers either, a real looking flower. I almost giggle, almost, I hold my silence since children are to be seen not heard, thats what Momma says. Sensai says I can make all the noise I want, I like that, but I still hold my tongue.
Sensai is talking to Lord Carrot-Top and Lady Blue is standing by me. Lady Blue has pretty eyes, I note. She also is wearing make-up, I don't she needs to wear it but alright. Lady Blue has blue hair to, thats why I call her Lady Blue.
"Your Itachi correct?" Lady Blue asks me
"Yes, madam" She raises her eyebrow at my formality, I can't help it I was taught to say these things. Lady Blue kneels down and scoops me into her arms.
"Whats this?" she fingers my collar, yes a collar it keeps me from talking out of line all Mother and Father have to do is activate it and it does something to my vocal cords and I can't talk. She doesn't wait for my answer (cause my answer would be different from yours so its not the answer) and takes it off. My neck feels lighter, I feel kinda free. Its an odd feeling
Konan P.o.V
The child I had scooped up was a polite well-mannered child, I had taken off his little silver collar. He looked lost without it, kinda like he was free
"Thank Lady Blue" Lady Blue? Oh right he does not know my name
"My name is Konan" I tell him in the coldest of voicest I could muster, clearly stating I don't like to be called Lady Blue
"May I ask a question, Lady Konan?" He looks at me unaffected at my coldness as if he were use to it.
"Yes" I reply short and quick
"What is Lord Carrot-Top real name" I blink, who is this Lord Carrot-Top, he notices I am confused so he points towards Pein...hehe Carrot-Top it suits him
"You guessed his name congrats!" I lie quickly, he giggles he notices my lie but he goes along with it
"Can I go say hello?" He smirks at me, knowing exactly what I am doing lying to him, cheating him making a fool out of him but he seems so happy to comply like he was use to it, like he wants to be used a 'pet' or a 'toy' that would explain the collar
"No" I say "we must not interrupt them" I notice that the two are done talking thus are time is cut short. I pander over putting the collar on him again, I decide against it and break it in my hands. Itachi's eyes are wide, he silently thanks me with his eyes while I put him down onto the ground. I rush after Pein while he rushes out of the cave. I turn my head back to see Itachi holding hands with the man my best friend has just conversed with.
He stops turns around and yells "Bye Bye Lady Konan!" he closes his mouth then opens again "Bye Bye Mister Carrot!" then runs out giggling all the way.
Madara and Pein-kun were confused but I simply laughed and had one thought 'Cute kid'
