Editor Teams

Need staff and groups of people that are both willing to edit under each of the nine main categories of this website. Details are in the document.

Here are the qualities that I seek for staff members.

1. Active in the community.

2. Knowledgeable.

3. Patient.

Here are the plans.

Each group consist of: 2-beta readers (expected to give input on how to make the story more interesting), 2-grammar checker, 2 information checkers and 2-social butterflies to jumpstart a reader fan base. There will be a staff member to keep the group their in charge of operating smoothly.

There will be one group in: Anime, Books, Cartoons, Comics, Games, Misc., Plays, TV and Movies. This means a total of nine groups with nine staff members.

The numbers in the group don't need to be what was described earlier. That was just a numeric way of having a respective amount of people that can cover some ground while not over stressing the Staff member in charge. It can be in any number and arrangement according to how the staff member sees fit and can keep in order, as long as there is at least one person in each editor category.

So I need staff members to start this. Also need people to fill the roles of the editor's. That pretty much means at the least need 45 people to have this fully operational. 73 according to the numeric formula.
