A few years ago Shadow the hedgehog destroyed his father and saved the world, got his memory back...yadda, yadda, yadda...
SO THEN he got bored and decided to do something nice for a change. [insert yay here He asked Sonic if he would like to join him in his new job. Sonic agreed and they began asking their friends to join them also.
The Chaotix joined because they figured it would do better than their other detective service. Tails joined to use the equipment and even make any other equipment they may decide they'll need.
Rouge joined for god-only-knows what reason, but she's there.
Their first jobs were very small, they only went to cemeteries and friends' houses. Now it's time for their first real mission. It's also the time that Amy graduated College so she joined the team as a noobie investigator.
Now begins their VERY FIRST REAL INVESTIGATION!!!!!

also, I am sorry for those hopeful ppl but the only slightly romantic thing that's going to happen in this story is maybe Amy flirting with Sonic or Rouge flirting with Shadow... and Espio... and maybe Sonic a lil too.
