Forbidden Memories
Tears streamed down a young woman's face as she read a letter in Egyptian handwriting. She whispered "No! He can't do it alone!" then dropped the letter and ran out of the room. The letter fell to the floor reading: -
Dear Maya,
It is time I face up to my worse fears I have taken my trusty apprentice Malik with me. Please do not come have else he will take you as well I beg of you to not take any drastic measures.

Tears blinded her way to the battle site where she saw a blonde spiky haired man and a man with flown up white hair and amber eyes facing him surrounded by a red orb while Yami was surrounded by a green orb. Maya's long purple hair flowed with her movement then she stopped. She clasped a long necklace made from a string of shells and a pyramid with an eye in a heart. She began to chant and a blue orb surrounded her. Yami sensed her power his eyes widened at her figure running to him. Ryou took his distraction to blow and energy source at him. Tears flooded her eyes "NOOOOOOOO!" she screamed and did one final chant to trap the pharaoh inside of his puzzle so at least he would live. She picked up the puzzle and held it to her cheek "rest in peace my love in time we will reunite" a she began to cry again. She glared menacingly at Ryou she began to chant one of her most powerful chant as a black orb appeared in her hand Ryou countered her attack sent them both into their items.
1000s of years later
Yugi woke up with a cold sweat he looked at his puzzle then thought about the dream. Soon enough he fell back asleep.
In the Morning.
Yugi awoke refreshed with the transparent Yami near to him "Yugi, did you sleep well?" he asked. Yugi nodded "How about you Yami?" he asked. Yami frowned slightly " I had a strange dream" he said.
