The sound was the result of steel net that soar trough the air that manage to capture the flying creature, then an electric current travel trough the net and instantly knock the small pokemon unconscious.
Then another rustle was heard again but this time a figure appears. The figure seems to be wearing all black clothing from head to toe. Then the figure pushes a number in a phone number on his poke-gear and waiting patiently for the ring to connect.
Finally after a couple of ring later a voice started to produce from the poke'gear "what is your status" the what appear to be a female voice ordered the grunt then replied "we manage to secure the package, we will transport the package back to headquarter"
Somewhere in the Hoen region
"We manage to capture the wish maker Jirachi as plan sir, we shall leave the container at the designated point for retrieval" the man said to the Poke'Nav. As he said to the person on the other line, there are a group of people wearing the same red uniform behind him forcing a large meteorite shape like a star into a capsule of energy.
"Excellent, proceed to locate Deoxys and subdue it" the man on the other line said.
Deep in the cave of origin
"sir, we need more backup to subdue kyogree and groudon" yelled a man wearing a blue jacket on his body to the battle behind him as escalated and he manage to see bodies of his comrade get tossed around like a ball. As the man beginning to lost hope to survive a voice reply "copy that, we will send another team to assist you" relief appears on his face and just a couple more hour later the legendaries were captured as well.

Normally he would just throw paper like this in the incinerator shoot but as he continue to read he found out that most of the data in the paper matches the problem that's happening around the pokemon world, for example, the forest of Ilex has starting to die one by one . The alarming reports he receive from the biologist department in Johto shows that something has changed the molecular structure that exist in the life of the forest and its surrounding.
The data also prove to be correct again when the show that the weather surrounding Hoen and Unova is getting unstable, heavy rain and long drought has plague the region of Hoen while Unova suffer from the unexpected bout of thunder storm.
As he raised from his chair he quickly read the rest of the report, as he finally finish it he quickly finish his wine and light up his cigar, as he exhale the smoke, he push a button in the intercom. "My dear, can you please inform the regional champion that the monthly meeting will be fast forward to next week, and please inform my pilot that I will arrive at the Celadon Airport this afternoon to board to Unova" there were silence for a moment before a replied come back from the intercom "right away Mr. Goodshow. To rectify this situation, she must call for help. She concentrates all her power into the jewel on the center of her forehead, to communicate with her champion is quite taxing due to her savior is in another universe. As she manages to pierce the barrier between universes, she manages to quickly locate one of her champion. Without any hesitation she quickly dive into that person subconscious and causing the man to faint

The figure now know of her name as Arceus chuckle before saying 'stop bowing Naruto we are equal in all term except in size and species'then he chuckle again. 'To what I own the pleasure of the creator of pokemon in my mindscape'the man said finally stood up revealing bright yellow hair with a few red hair strand , cerulean silted blue eye that rival the ocean near Kiri . Face clear without wart or pimple except the three horizontal line of scar each cheek.
The now name man spoke again only this time with serious tone. 'Is everything all right in the pokemon world?' With this question Arceus face turn cold ice. Then the legendary pokemon began to answer 'the pokemon world is in a dire situation, many of my offspring have been abducted. The balance of the universe must not be disturbed. If that world collapses, it can cause a chain reaction and destroy everything I hold dear ' Arceus said, tears starting to shed from her eye
'I have need of your assistance please save the pokemon world once more.' Plead Arceus
'You know I'll help you no matter what because it's my world too and beside I owe you one after you save Ky's life' Naruto exclaim after hearing his world in plight.
Arceus after hearing him saying that grow a huge smile then said 'thank you. I leave the legendaries in your capable hand and I will again 'talk' to you again after If I manage to locate the where about of my offspring. Good bye Naruto" with that Arceus disappear from his mind.
'Sigh, I guess I have to tell the others'. And with that note, Naruto exit his mind
