Prologue
It is the year 20XX and humankind has finally created the first living, breathing and stable android so far. The researchers of this wondrous machine called him X. They are known as Dr. Light and Dr. Wily. When it came down to decide what functions X would have they both agreed on him having a upgraded arm cannon that is capable of installing new abilities when X gains enough experience, upgraded titanium alloy battle armor, jet boots capable of exceeding speeds of 50 mph, and a titanium alloy helmet. However, there was one ability they constantly debated against. That was the ability either to be compassionate or ruthless. Dr. Light wanted X to be compassionate while Dr. Wily wanted X to be ruthless. Eventually Dr. Light won and X had the ability to be compassionate. After Dr. Wily lost, he became enraged and stole the schematics and research that went to Xs production and built his own android Zero. Similar to X in every way except where X was compassionate Zero was ruthless showing no care for friend or foe. And so begins our tale….
