A.N. I was watching this really amazing AMV and this idea popped into my head, I hope you enjoy!

Sokka woke up, in some random arrangement on his bead again. In his dream he had heard Yue call to him.

He sighed, imagining the sound.

Except he wasn't imagining it.

He looked around looking for the source of the noise. If this was some lame prank he was going to kill someone.

He looked to the window, and saw some sort of otherworldly light. He couldn't believe it!

He ran outside of the fire nation home, shuddering as he went. He still couldn't believe they were hiding in a place the fire lord had once lived.

He got outside and sure enough, there she was; standing in her full moon spirit glory. It was more like floating really.

He felt like he was going to cry. He had thought about her so often, and wondered if she ever thought of him, he doubted it, she had a lot of moon spirit duties.

She smiled at him "Sokka, I missed you"

He was crying now, how could he not? This is the first girl he ever loved. And then she turned into the moon.

She continued "I'm so happy you found someone." She smiled again, though he thought he could see tears on her glowing face. "I'm sorry I couldn't see you earlier, but I knew you needed to know"

"Know what?" he pleaded, he had missed her so much it had hurt. Why did she suddenly appear now? What was so important that she would visit him after months?

She smiled sadly. "I want you to be happy with Suki. You deserve to be happy in your life. I saw you that night at serpents pass; I don't want me to ever get in the way of your happiness again." And if he wasn't sure before he knew she was crying now. "And that I will always love you."

"I love you too."

She looked behind her as if some invisible force was telling her something. "I must go now. Goodbye Sokka."

"No, Yue, don't leave!"

He reached for her hand as she faded away, and for and for a moment he held it. "Goodbye" he called as her image faded into nothing.

He stood there for a few more minutes crying, but a smile was fixed on his face.

Then he went back into the house and went to bed, smiling as he dreamed of the woman he loved, Suki.
