Speechless
"Tommy you're so stupid!" Jude laughed, throwing what remained of her breakfast donut at her producer. They were cutting her latest track, making it perfect.
"One more song Jude and you've got your Junior Album completed." Tommy stated, shifting through some papers and smiling at the newly eighteen year old girl. The girl who'd given him a chance and also loved his daughter as much as he did. He was amazed that everything bad had turned out so well, and as she smiled at him, admiration and love in her eyes he knew it was all worth it. Nothing could change his mind on that. "Any ideas which one you'd want to use?" He asked. She shook her head, he looked down at his papers again. None of them were clicking. His amazing singer/writer/person had incredible songs in front of him, but right now none of them were finishing the disc he wanted it to.
"I have an idea for a song, it's been playing in my head for awhile, I've been tuning it and working it forever. I can go home and work it a little bit more and tweak it. See how that goes." He tossed the keys to the corvette to her.
"Be careful driving, lots of snow." He laughed, she saluted him. "Oh and we gotta pick Liss up from Sadie and Qwest's at seven." He reminded her, she nodded and was off. She had two hours to perfect this song. Today was the day.

"I've got it!" She yelled, skidding into the studio with her guitar and some music. He smiled and set the recorders up for her as she placed herself in front of the mic.
"Go." He smiled at her.

Jude stopped singing and looked at Tommy. His eyes wide with amazement and understand, and a smile. She laughed. "There's a couple hooks you need to sing for me." She said with a smile. They switched spots. The voice of Jude was clear. Tommy filled the blanks.

Tommy looked up, awaiting his girl's approval. She nodded with a smile and played the entire thing back. His eyes lit up and he knew this was it. The perfect ending, that he was positive would be an even better beginning.
