As she sat there thinking bout the recent events, she couldn't help thinking where her affection for Kurt came from. . .
She was touched by his deep friendship. He was truly brave. He had saved her life more than once. Shadowcat as she was called for her ability of passing through things. . .
" Kurt is sooooo cute. . " , she kept thinking to herself. As soon as that thought passed through her mind, she asked herself out loud " Why do I keep thinking of him ?"
" Thinking of who ? " , a deep soft masculine voice laced with a German accent asked. " Waaaa !!! Kate shrieked as she fell out of the snug warm corner she was sitting in. As soon as she regained herself she realised that she was in his arms. . " Wad the hell do you think you're doing ?!?!?! " , she yelled at the top of her voice. "Woah, gal relax. Sorry I scared yer. . " Kurt said. " Scared me !?! " , she continued to rant. " I nearly had a heart attack and it is SOOO your fault if I die from bursting a blood vessel !!!
" Okay, I know. and I'm SORRY " he whispered face white from hearing a shrieking gal in his arms shriek at the top of her voice. He settled her on the floor gently. " Hmmph! " she said in reply and turned away.
" Okay your royal highness will you stop fuming and tell me who were you thinking of ?? You were in a daze BIG TIME." he said in that totally cute German accented voice of his.
" Erm " she tried to think of an excuse. A bulb in her head lit up and she blurted out " My pet dog ! It's so cute. . "
"Oh. . I thought you were thinking of someone. . " , he said with disappointment. And he walked off quietly . .
