Law looked up to Kid who was standing in front of the shelfs with their DVDs.
The redhead growled and ran his hand through his hair. He was clearly frustrated.
"I don't feel like watching any of these tonight." he murred. "Either we have seen all of them about 100 times already, they are way too romantic or too boring. But I still want to have a nice movie night with you. Fuck."
"So what do you want to watch today, Eustass-ya?" came the amused answer from Law. Kid was so adorable when he was frustrated. Especially when it was because of such a stupid thing.
"I just don't know. You should choose something, Trafalgar." he turned around with another growl and gave his boyfriend a helpless look. Extremely cute.
"Do I really have to remind you that I've already tried, but you dismissed every of my suggestion?" The smirk on the tan man's face got even wider.
The comment earned him a deadly glare, but he didn't mind. Every other, sane person would have been scared. But not him. For Law, these 'deadly' glares were just silent cries for love. Sometimes he questioned his sanity because of such thoughts.
He sighed. "Eustass-ya, what was your favourite movie when you were younger? You have never told me, but I guess it would be the ideal choice for tonight, since you can't decide. It used to be your favourite and I am sure you will enjoy it after you haven't seen it for a while."
Law raised an eyebrow as the redhead turned away. What an unexpected reaction. And was he blushing? He was! How adorable. Since when did he use such adjectives in connection with Kid? Since when did he use such adjectives at all?
"Eustass-ya, what's the movie? You can tell me!"
"I..I can't tell you!" Came the hesitant answer from the huge man. His face had the colour of his hair by now, "It is way too embarrassing!"
"I won't make fun of you. I promise. So tell me, Eustass-ya." The doctor was really curious by now. Which movie that could be categorized as 'embarassing' was liked by the great Eustass 'Captain' Kid?
"It's Mulan..." It was barely a whisper but Law did hear it anyway.
He didn't really get why Kid was embarrassed to like the film about the mighty female warrior... Except..
"The Disney-movie?" Law asked surprised.
"Ye-Yeah." This time the answer was good audible through the redhead has covered his face with his huge palm still red as a tomato.
Law did his best to suppress his laughter. It was more from the way Kid acted than from the choice of movie, anyway.
"That movie is quite good, Eustass-ya, but I still prefer Lion King."
Now it was up to Kid to stare in surprise. What? Law liked the movie too?
"I will get the DVD than. Give me a second." he said as he left.
Law couldn't believe his eyes and ears, as Kid started to sing 'I'll make a man out of you' together with Shang. He was so good, they rewatched the scene four times.
Who would have thought, that Kid had the same secret passion as him?
