Interview With Four Shadowhunters

Who is the best Shadow Hunter? Jace, Clary, Isabelle, or Alec?

Jace laughed. "I doubt that question even needs an answer, obviously I'm-"

Alec cut him off. "What he means is that we all have our different talents that help us when fighting demons."

"Except for Clary." Isabelle said. "She's not really a Shadow Hunter."

"Hey!" Clary protested. "My runes are-"

"Useless against demons." Alec said, matter-of-factly.

Clary huffed.

Clary, do you still have feelings for Jace?

"What?" Clary stuttered. "No I course not. I mean, I never did."

Jace refused to meet her eye, and Alec shifted uncomfortably, silently hoping he wouldn't be asked the same question.

Isabelle, do you see yourself married in the future?

Isabelle smiled. "I'm just waiting for the right person, and I don't want to waste my time on someone I don't like."

The golden haired boy to her left rolled his eyes. "Because you're so good at playing hard to get."

She glared at him. "Jace Wayland shut your mouth!"

Do you feel more at home in the human world, or Alicante?

"Alicante!" Jace groaned. "It's nice not to be surrounded by mundanes all the time."

Alec shrugged. "It's important, as a shadow hunter to be involved in both worlds."

"I like the human world." Isabelle smiled. "It's where Jace, Alec and I grew up."

What is your favorite movie?

"I don't watch much television." Jace turned up his nose.

"Jace cried at the end of Marly and Me." Isabelle said.

Jade pursed his lips. "No one asked you to share that, Izzy."

She looked pleased with herself.

What do Shadow Hunters do in their spare time?

Isabelle crossed her arms. "Everybody always just assumes we spend all our time making fun of Downworlders and Mundanes."

"I do." Jace said. "Isabelle spends her time flirting with them."

Clary simply nodded her head. "Based on what I've seen, he's not wrong."

Alec glared at them. "We don't have much spare time away from training, but we usually hang out, or take Isabelle shopping."

Jace's eyes widened. "We take Isabelle shopping a lot."

Isabelle smiled.
