The Kyurangers had defeated Don Armage in the past, and Lucky had obtained the Saiko Kyutama, which allowed him to transform into Shishi Red Orion. They then left and went back to their own time.
As soon as they returned back to the present, Raptor noticed that another portal had appeared. She decided to look at where the portal was, but then ran into a group of silver ninja-like robots with blue lines. They were being led by a silver ninja robot with a black shuriken-like pattern on his face, and instead of blue lines, he had red lines on his armour. These robotic ninjas were Neocyberninjas (ネオサイバニンジャ), and they were being led by Cyber Kuroninja (サイバクロニンジャ). These soldiers were stronger than Indavers, and they almost caught Raptor.
That was when someone got the Neocyberninjas' attention by shooting at them with a Seiza Blaster. He was holding the Koto Kyutama, even though the Kyurangers had the Koto Kyutama. This, however, was a different Koto Kyutama. He placed the Koto Kyutama onto the Seiza Blaster.
"KOTO KYUTAMA! Say the change!"
"Star Change," the guy said, firing one shot at the ground. A gold star appeared, and this guy transformed into a Kyuranger with black and gold armour. His helmet had a visor shaped like a lyre.
The Lyra-themed Kyuranger, unlike other Kyurangers, lifted his visor up to reveal another unmovable face, shaped like a four-pointed star.
"The Musical Star: Lyra Kuroninja!"
The Neocyberninjas stopped looking at Raptor and focused on Kuroninja. Cyber Kuroninja said "So, Kuroninja, you've returned again. Why do you keep returning to Earth-9? Is it because you want to visit that green Kyuranger?"
"No," said Kuroninja. "I'm here to get the Hakucho Kyutama back...again!"
Several of the Neocyberninjas attacked Kuroninja, who pulled out the Kyu Slasher. Kuroninja sliced through most of the Neocyberninjas, while also playing music at the same time, since that was the ability of the Koto Kyutama. Kuroninja was able to fight the Neocyberninjas while dancing to the rhythm at the same time. However, Cyber Kuroninja was about to attack Kuroninja from behind. Raptor decided that this was her chance to show Akuroninja how powerful she was, so she placed the Washi Kyutama on her Seiza Blaster.
"WASHI KYUTAMA! Say the change!"
"Star Change!"
Raptor transformed into WashiPink, which also gave her the ability to fly.
"The Speed Star! WashiPink!"
Raptor shot at Cyber Kuroninja with the Kyu Shot, then flew into the air so that Cyber Kuroninja couldn't attack her. She then placed the Washi Kyutama on the Kyu Shot.
"GALAXY!"
"Altair Impact!" Raptor announced, before she fired a large blast at Cyber Kuroninja. Cyber Kuroninja used his Neocyberninjas as his shield, and escaped. Kuroninja (クロニンジャ) then untransformed, revealing his non-Kyuranger form, which also had a helmet.
