Rick's POV...
We're driving calmly down the road when, of course, we run out of Gas. Abraham stops the Truck and we all got out. Everybody sits on the road tired, it's all right it was a long trip, I'll leave them be. I walk over to the forest and I stand still before going in.
-I'm gonna go cheek it out, be right back.- I said.
Some of them nodded and the others just lay down on the road as if they were going to sleep. I walk in the forest. I go straight with my hand on top of gun, just in case. I keep walking for a while when I hear someone sigh in pain. I walk over to the noise. When I get there I see a girl without her shirt on touching a bullet wound she has on her side.
-Ma'am? Hello, I'm Rick Grimes. Do you need help?- I ask her.
Turns around quickly while grabbing her bow and arrow and pointing it at may. I make signals for her to calm down but she doesn't move. She's still as rock as if she's wondering what to say.
-What do you want?- she asked me.
-Nothing. Me and my group were driving and we ran out of gas. We have a health aid kit, back there we can fix you up.- I said slowly.
She nods, then she puts her shirt back on and puts her bow on her shoulder walking up slowly to me with her hand on the wound. We walk back to the road, the first person we see is Maggie, she looks at the girl and gasps.
-Maggie go bandage this girl.- I said to her, signaling the girl to follow her.
Maggie's POV...
I help the girl walk over to the back of the truck. We pass Rosita and Carl talking, they stop and look at us, without saying a word. I open the back part of the truck and signal the girl to sit, I get in and I look for the first aid kit, I find it and I jump out of the truck.
-Hi sweety, I'm Maggie, And your name is?- I asked her looking into the little box.
-I'm Megary.- She said Taking her shirt off.
We stay in silence while I patch her up, then when I finish I put away the box and I go back to Megary.
-So, how did you get shot?- I asked her hoping she would answer.
-Three son of a bitches tried to rape me, one shot me it didn't end well for him.- she said, I look at her surprised.
-Who helped you?- I asked her.
-No one, just me nobody else.- She said putting her shirt back on.
Carl came to us and leaned over against the Truck.
-Dads calling ya Mag's- He said to me looking at Megary.
-Okay, be right back Megary. Don't go anywhere.- I said walking away.
I walk over to Rick and I see him talking to Dayrl about Megary. I started listening to the conversation and waited for my turn to talk, I coughed so Rick noticed I was there. He turned around and looked at me.
-Maggie, Is the girl all right?- He asked me.
-Megary's just fine. I just talked to her, she got shot because THREE MEN tried to rape her.- I said sounding amazed.
-A 16 year old girl, killed 3 men? By herself and only got shot? Man, that kid is badass.- Said Dayrl crossing his arms and smirking.
Carl's POV...
-Megary right? I'm Carl- I asked her, she nodded.
I sat down next to her, she didn't talk, she was real quiet. I wonder how she winded up all alone I mean that's harsh.
-Do you have any family waiting for you somewhere?- I asked her, she chuckled.
-My mom died giving me birth. A year ago my older brother got bit, he died and muly dad went crazy so he killed himself.- She said putting her bow on her lap.
We went back to the awkward silence. I see my Dad in a distance comming towards us, followed by Maggie and Dayrl. Megary get's up and walks over to them, I follow her. When we get there Megary speaks...
-Thanks for patching me up. I guess I'll be going now.- She said walking away.
-No! You can't be out here all alone!- Me and Maggie said to her, she stopped walking.
-You can stay, but we'll like to ask you three questions.- Dad said to her.
She turned around and looked at us, she came walking back and then she put her hands on her hips. She looks at Maggie and she nods.
-And they are?- She asked my dad.
-How many walkers have you killed?- Dad asked her.
-To many to count. The other two?- She asked crossing her arms.
-How many people have you killed? And why?- Dad asked the two last questions, Dayrl chuckled.
-Besides the 3 rappers? Hmm let me think... There was the 2 cannibals, the crazy one and my brother when he turned. So basically 7. All except for my brother were crazy, Rapers and/or cannibals.- She said.
Dayrl was impressed. Rick turned around to face the two of them, he'd look at Megary every once in a while. Then he looked at me, with that he turned around completely and stared at Megary.
-Welcome to the club.- He said Joking.
Megary fist pumped him and hugged Maggie. I could tell she was happy, noticing she wasn't going to be alone anymore and she was going to be taken care of. She will be safer I myself will make sure that she is...
