The Coins: Prologue
The Legend
Hi! My name is David. Can't tell my last name, because of some wizards and witches who are trying to kill me. Because of my special powers I gained by a coin and a wired, mysterious legend.
I will tell the story that making me run for my life. In the time that I like called "Time of the Knights", Some Chinese wizards made twelve coins contains a picture of one of Chinese zodiac animal: rat, ox, sheep, tiger, dragon, horse, monkey, snake, rabbit, pig, rooster, and dog. All with a different elements. The wizards gave the coins to twelve different people. Wizards from other countries heard about these coins. So they tired to steal the coins, but one country try to help the Chinese- the Untied Kingdom. So the Chinese twelve chosen people died. The Chinese where able to regain the coins. They knew that the coins where not safe in China. So they gave the coins to the only person in England they can trust- Godric Gryffindor, but when he died the coins when put in his tomb.
That one of the thing I remember. I am beefy, brown hair, blue eyes, tall, and I'm 16. I'm on the Hogwarts express going to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry to be under the protection of the headmaster of Hogwarts, Albus Dumdledore. Soon I will be sorted into the house (Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin) at Hogsmeade Station.
I can see the station right now. We just stop. I got up and walked to the exit. I saw an old guy who wore half-moon glasses, had along crooked nose and flowing sliver hair and beard. There was an another man. He was younger and taller. He twice as length and 3 times the width then a human, then was a woman (who's not my name type) a tall, black-haired witch in emerald-robes, and a very stern face. Standing next to her was a four- legged and a pointed old wizard's hat.
I got out and said, "Hello, My name is David"
The old man in front of me and said, "I'm Professor Albus Dumdledore, and Welcome to Hogwarts on the 31st of August."
The tall one guy walked up and said, "I'm Professor Rubeus Hagrid, Keeper of Keys and Grounds at Hogwarts and the teacher of Care of Magical Creatures."
The woman walked up and said, "I'm Professor Minerva McGonagall, Deputy Headmistess, Head of Gryffindor, and teacher of Transfiguration," she look around and said, "Now let's get on with sorting, Albus."
Dumbledore nodded his head. I knew what to do at that time. I sat on the and McGonagall started putting the hat on my head. When it touched my hair it yelled, "GRYFFINDOR."
I know it's a little to much info. I wanted to get the sorting done before I get the next chapter up! Stay tune for chapter 1:Happy Birthday (POV: Harry)
