When word of the clans got out, cats from all over the globe decided that they wanted to make their own clans as well.
"Imagine it!" a black tom with green eyes exclaimed, jumping on top of a fence post.
"I could lead a clan of my very own!"
In another area, a brown she-cat was thinking the same exact thing.
"It'll be so easy, my clan will be the best," she meowed.
Just like that, the cats formed their own clans, and things were going great, they all had adequate territory, and they all knew about the warrior code and StarClan. However, in the aforementioned StarClan, things were not so great.
"This cannot be happening! There are only supposed to be four clans, like the four seasons!" Bluestar wailed.
"Gee, thanks Bluestar, I'm really feeling the love now," Billystorm meowed, rolling his eyes.
"I'm sure she didn't mean SkyClan, she obviously means ShadowClan, right Bluestar?" Mistystar asked.
"Hey!" Runningnose protested with a sniffle.
"I think it's nice that more cats are deciding to join the clan lifestyle," Firestar meowed.
"But what if StarClan becomes too overcrowded because of all these cats that are now believing in StarClan?" Bluestar asked with worry lacing her voice.
"StarClan can never become too overcrowded, for seasons, more and more cats have joined us, and there is still plenty of room for every cat here," Whitestorm pointed out.
"I hope you're right," Bluestar meowed, though she couldn't ignore the nagging feeling that something would go wrong, after all, what could possibly go right with so many clans? She sighed, there wasn't much she could do about it, she would just have to wait, and hope that nothing would go wrong.
