3. Kiba/Shino; So Here We Are – Elliot Minor; 3:41 min.
Kiba sat silently by the lake, the world had turned dark around him, but he didn't care. He had been fighting with Shino.
All because of Shino's damn attitude!
What the hell was wrong with him anyway? Why couldn't he just admit that he loved Kiba and see that Kiba loved him back?
He was such a jerk sometimes.
Then again, thought Kiba, he had been raised to never show emotion.
But that didn't mean Kiba had to like it! It hurt, you know. It hurt when he whispered 'I love you' into Shino's ear and all the response he got was a quiet 'hn'.
He wiped his hand over his face, fooling himself to believe he was only wiping his runny nose off and definitely not tears.
'Kiba! Kiba! Thank God you're here' Shino's usually calm voice rang loud and clear with worry through the tress around the lake.
Kiba only managed to turn his head and see something blue, before Shino had knocked him to the ground.
'I was worried' Shino said against Kiba's neck. He raised himself onto his arms so he was looking down into Kiba's still shocked face.
'No one knew where you were. I couldn't find you anywhere' Shino's thumb rubbed over Kiba's right cheekbone carefully as he bent down and kissed Kiba softly.
The words whispered by Shino when they parted were almost inaudible, but they rang clearly in Kiba's head and heart.
'I love you Kiba'

Fun fact: this is not a fun fact!!1 :mutters angrily at self: my computer broke down when I started writing this. Therefore I admit that I cheated a little here. The two first lines were the only thing saved when it broke down and I couldn't get myself to delete them and start over when I finally got my computer working again. So I cheated a tinsy winsy bit :is very ashamed: .. not really.
