Everyone remember the emotionless Vaporeon and the twit Espeon from Eeveeloutions? Ever wonder how Arctic got stuck with this airhead? Well, here's what happened...
How Nefer Met Arctic
Our favorite airheaded little Espeon, Nefer, was wandering around the forest (In a kingdom with no sense of direction, Nefer would be queen). She was singly loudly (And off-key).
"I CAN be YOUR friEND LA-LA-LA, I can BE your FRI-AAAHHHH!!!"
Nefer had stumbled upon a stream and fell into it. She felt wet, cold and very unhappy, and did the only thing she could do. Cry. REALLY loud.
"WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!" she wailed. It was possible that she broke the sound barrier that day. And so, Nefer wailed, still sitting in the stream, crying her eyes out until a Magikarp bumped into her.
"Hey, watch it kid!" it growled. Nefer immidietly got up and started bowing.
"I'msorryI'msorryI'msorryI'msorryI'msorryI'msorry," she chanted. The Magikarp (Who was a big fat bully) decided to have a little fun with her.
"Well, I don't accept it! In fact, I sould get out of here right now and beat you with my tail!"
Nefer whimpered and hid her face under her paws. The Magikarp saw this and began to enjoy himself, threating to beat her up badly, while Nefer shivered and shook until a dark shape came leaping out of the trees and knocked the Magikarp over.
"Begone," the shape said in a hollow, emotionless voice. The Magikarp took one look at it and sped off through the water to be never seen there again. The shape stood up and Nefer saw that it was a scarred Vaporeon, with emotionless eyes. At once she started babbling.
"HiI'mNeferwhat'syourname?" she asked. The Vaporeon replied "Arctic."
"Arctic?Wowthat'sareallynicename," Nefer began and started prattling away, following Arcitc. Arctic was getting a pretty bad headache.
"WHY are you following me?" she demanded. At this Nefer cowered and whimpered.
"But... I DON'T WANT TO BE OUT ALL BE MYSELF! WAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" she started to cry. Arctic's headache began to get worse.
"Allright, you can follow me," she snapped and started walking off. Nefer immidietly brightend up and dashed after Arctic.
"Really? How cool! Can I sing?"
"Yes," Arctic snapped again. She soon regretted it. In a loud, off-key voice, Nefer began singing.
"I'm all alone, there's no one here beside me, my troubles have all gone, there's no one to de-riiii-iiii-iiii-de me. But, ya gotta have friends..."
And so the Eeveeloutions duo rode off into the sunset, even though it was three in the afternoon.
