10. Anyone who dares sing without the King's explicit approval shall be bogged for eternity.

11. The King's wardrobe is off limits.

12. Any aid given to runners is considered treason.
13. The thirteenth hour of the day belongs to the Goblin King.

14. Anyone who has been bogged recently must stay a distance of 50 feet from the throne at all times.

15. Any Goblin who does not fulfill their trouble making quota for the month shall be bogged.
16. Breaking and smashing is only allowed in the smashing room.
17. No taking breaks. Ever.
18. When a call comes. EVERYONE answers the wisher's call.
19. No cutting in line.
20. The King is always first.
21. Finders Keepers loser's weepers.
21a. this does not apply to the king's possessions.
22. No one is to speak of the girl who won.
23. Goblins are not allowed into the Escher room.
24. Any Goblin who does not interfere with Sarah the girl who cheated relationships shall be bogged.
24a. does not apply to any relationship with Jareth the Goblin King.

28. Lower goblins are not allowed in the kitchen.
