Arctic Victory

Frank Crawford was resting in his car somewhere in the snowy Irohazaka mountains. His car was a Nissan 240sx S13 with a RB26DETT engine instead of the KA24DE14 engine that used to be there. The drivetrain was swapped with a modified drivetrain made to be accustomed to the power of the engine. Mostly everything was modified. The body was stock and it was a grayish white with a black hood & trunk. The wheels were a black, fat, 5 star spoke mesh. His rest was interrupted by a car that stopped behind his; the driver exited the Mazda RX-8 and knocked on the window. Frank lowered his window and the driver peeked his head inside the 240SX. He turned out to be the manager of his racing team. "Hey Frank, there's a team called Project D that wants to race you. You up for the challenge bro?". "What cars are they racing?", Frank responded. "Apparently, there's a Toyota Corolla AE86 with an AE101 engine and a Mazda RX-7" the manager responds. "Sounds like a challenge", Frank started his car and drove away. A few days later, the team Frank was in waited for Project D to come. Soon, a van and an AE86 and RX-7 entered the area. Frank exited his car and stood next to it. Ryosuke came out of the van to discuss things with the team leader. They then agreed on the cars they will be using. "You're up against the AE86, good luck". The AE86 and Frank's 240SX lined up on the snow covered road. And the team leader of Frank's team came out and counted down. As the leader counted down, Frank was starting to wonder if he was going to win or not. When the team leader put his hand down, both cars had trails of snow erupt from the rear and the AE86 was in the lead. The 240SX was closely behind the AE86, the first turn came up, making Frank go into a drift along with the AE86. The AE86 showed a sign of grip loss during the turn while the 240SX kept its grip on the turn. Both cars exited the turn with the 240SX dangerously close. The AE86 slowly sped away, but the 240SX kept close behind. Frank looked at his 240SX and realized he had to double clutch as he was on gear 6 and the tuned RPM limit on his 240SX was close to the limit. He stepped on the clutch and shifted to neutral, then he quickly shifted back to gear 3 to drift on the next turn. The AE86 had no idea that Frank was so close behind, so Frank flashed his lights at the AE86, surprising the driver. Suddenly, a now impossible thing happened. And that was Frank passing the AE86. All 670 HP squeezed out in that single pass. A hairpin came up and Frank pulled off a beautiful drift, with the snow almost covering the wheels. The battle was starting to get intense due to the sheer amount of pressure on the AE86's driver. The AE86 eventually caught up to the 240SX, but it was unable to pass it. A few moments later, the final bridge came up and the AE86 was extremely close to the 240SX, almost overtaking it. The jump to the bridge was coming close. And something unbelievable happened. The 240SX came out FIRST! After the race, the driver of the AE86 exited the car to greet the driver of the 240SX. Frank found out he was the king of Akina, also known as Takumi Fujiwara. Soon, Frank raced one of the hardest racers in his life.
