Shattered Memories
The night has shifted from pitch black to grey
Rain-like clouds replace twink'ling stars of light
It's so depressing not one merry day
Came around since I heard you were dying
I can still hear your words reverberate
In my head
Your vivid incandescent form
Begins to diminish
Our joyful happy lives were so transient
I wish we can revive and live again
I feel very lonely and secluded
Amidst the massive world of reality
You deserted me in this horrid place
I don't know what there is left to do or say
The sun is setting the night starts to pass
Will I live happily in this new day
