The Lizard Girl

"Because I'd never go alone to somewhere so far away that I couldn't see any of you again."

The Lizard Girl yearned for home.

The home that was taken from the Lizard Girl.

The Lizard Girl, however, didn't mourn.

"I'll be able to see you again someday… So I'll just say goodbye to you until then, okay?"

Those were Her parting words, after all.

It was Her wish, after all.

They'll meet again.

Someday.

Somewhere.

That little promise seemed enough.

But it was at that flower field, within a beautiful dream, when the Lizard Girl finally realized.

"How could I have made such a stupid mistake?" - the Lizard Girl wept.

It was then, that the Lizard Girl finally understood the meaning behind those words.

And in that beautiful dreamworld, the Lizard Girl finally found a way home.
