Welcome folks. Thanks for taking an interest in the story. I had written an Aeri and Zen story a while back, but couldn't figure out how to further it. This one resides in an alternate universe. SOmethings are the same, but others are not. I have more of an outline for this one. ^^ For those who do not know who Angela is, she is the Original sister of Thor's. Hella well the beliefs from the comics is she's Loki's Daughter. Weird right? Anyways onward!

Chapter 1
Bad man
Two babies currently played on the floor. They babbled, goo''d and spoke in tiny words to each other. The older one handed the younger one a block, before proceeding to chew on one herself. Lilly's lips curved upwards with a small giggle. "Such a sharer, that little one of your."
"That she is. As long as the the little cub likes yah." Angela proudly grinned, watching the pink hair, blue eyed girl.
"Aeri, does that as well, but if she doesn't all hell breaks loose."
"Same as Zen, then. We actually have to keep her away from Siff. Especially after Loki and that woman got into it." Lily nodded vividly, before frowning. She turned to look at the green haired and green eyed one.
"Aeri is just like her father. She keeps keeps doing 'accidental' magic when Professor Dumbledore is around."
"Thought that was normal. Zen does it all the time."
"Yes, but these are actual trick she gets from watching her father and does dangerous things around the man. He laughs it off and acts impressed. Something's off about it though. He's even talked about her joining his secret army when she's older. Other things too that do not sit so well. Way passed Siff's joy for war."
"Our home is always open to the three of you. Althos is a peaceful planet. I can see them playing and learning together. Our husbands always getting into something. Potter and his friends should they deem to come, are invited aswell. Finally would have time to teach my sister in law how to become a fierce warrior." Lill grew quite as she finished making the sandwiches.
"We've been talking about it. Loki wants us to move, but the war. I do not want to leave it in such peril."
"I can understand that."
"The baby, though." At that moment Aeri looked at Lilly
"Goo"
"We can not let that one come to harm and the prophecy, Professor Dumbledore has been sputtering sends us on edge. I don't want the girl growing up that way, where she thinks she has to fight. Fear one day she will be going after an evil man or being hunted down."
"Moving away to protect Aeri is not cowardice. She would never look at you in shame. Come with us. Zen honey." The girl glanced to see her mother's hand." Time for lunch."
"Yum!"
"You are right. I'll tell Loki tonight that I agree." The men walked in, with the smell of work out in the air.
"Don't you boys know how to bathe. Bunch of stinky animals!" Lilly lectured as she scrunched along, with pinching her nose.
"Stinka"
"Stinky!" Aeri giggled while waving her hands around , Following Zens lead. Laughter came from the adults.
"Potter decided to fight back with stink bombs." James replied as his hand reached Zen.
"Don't you dare pick her up in that filth of a state, James Howlett! It took forever to bathe them after this morning's prank fest. Go shower now."
"Oh, but dear. They'll just get messy again anyways." Loki reached towards the woman to wrap her in a hug. Only to be met with a wand in his face.
"You wouldn't!" Loki hesitantly stated, as Lily's eyes furrowed.
"Oh, I would. Now go bathe or I use my magic on you three here.
"Fine, fine." Loki threw his hands up in surrender as they retreated upstairs. Lilly rolled her eyes as she placed the sandwiches in front of the two girls. Aerie grabbed hers and instantly began to eat.
"Yummy." Zen was about to as well, but something began to feel off . Something dark and bad was about to happen to her family nagged at the pit of her little tummy. The young-ling rubbed her head, eyes and looked to the door. Goose bumps appeared around the little baby and shook.
"It will be worse when Thor comes this weekend.." Angela teased. Lilly cringed at the thought.
"Oh yeah, better hide the alcohol."
"Uncle Thor like a brew beer!" Aeri giggled, making Lily's eyes widen.
"Indeed he does little one." Angela poked Aeri's nose, then turned to Zen.
"Eat, honey. You'll need lots of energy to play." She scooted the plate closer. When the child didn't touch it, the woman looked the child over. "Zenthra?" Eyes locked as tears began to flow. "Come here." She scooped the little one up. "Babey, what's the matter? Lilly, she's hot!"
"Ba.. bad's coming. WHAAA" The youngling whaled loud enough for the whole house to hear.
"Angela, what's going on?" James rushed to their side along with the other two.
"I don't know. She just started to shake and cry."
"Let me take a look." His hand went to the little one cheek, holding her close. "Whoa, your hot. Okay, shh.
"Hold her still." Lilly flicked the wand and soon vital readings of Zen appeared. "She has a bit of a fever and is in a great deal of stress. Has she been acting any different.
"Teeth have been coming in. Never has she screamed like this though." Angela replied as James gave a low growl.
"She's going to a doctor." The man declared as Angela grabbed the diaper bag.
"Ah good, both of you are here." They turned to see Thor entering.
"Uncle thor!" Aeri held her hands to be picked up. He complied gave a playful hug. The man then looked to see Zen crying. "What's the matter Cub?" Concern appeared on the mans face. Perhaps she felt the danger of Asgard.
"Thought you wouldn't be able to make it till the weekend." Loki spoke up.
"I wish I was here for pleasure. I'd like to go find your friend Pandora again Lilly. At last trouble has come to Asgard. The two of you are needed." Thor's eyes moved to Zen's. It was as if she was trying to tell them something, but the words were not in the little ones vocabulary.
"Right." Loki took Aeri for a second to snuggle her, before handing the youngest to Lilly. "I'll be quick."
"What is wrong Cub?" Worry worsened through his cheek lines.
"We do not know. Thor I can't."
"No, It's okay. Go. Probably just developing a cold. Lilly and Prongs will be here. She'll be okay." Angela nervously sighed at Jame's words, but nodded.
"Very well." Angela kissed the back of Zen's head and handed him the bag. "Somebody is going to fry for making me leave at a time such as this."
"Dadda. Bad.. Something bad!"
"Shh, It's okay. Daddy has you. We'll go for a ride and visit the Doc. He'll make you feel better and give you a lolly pop."
"Take my car, James. There's a good Pediatrics a few blocks down. He knows about both sides of the world"
"Thanks" Lily nodded and walked them out. He quickly placed Zen in the car seat, before getting himself in.
"Daddy!" She cried. James turned on the car and waved to Lilly. An Elderly man grabbed the woman's attention. Her reactions and look of recognition made him not give a second thought. He pulled out of the driveway and down the rode.
"Hey, it's going to be okay. Here, I'll put on your favorite tape." The greatest showmen began to sound in the car.
"Dad.. Daddy! He coming! Bad Men!" Zen whaled again, finally figuring out how to describe it. James somewhat froze hearing that. He glanced at the rear view mirror. Sure enough a black van followed.
"Shit. Zen, hang…" Screech, Horns Blarring Bam!" Another jeep from the side ran into them. The car rolled at least two times, before coming to a stop upside down." James blacked out for a moment.
"Daddy? Da. U Wahhh!" Zen cried as she looked out the window to see men stepping out of the vehicles. All gave her fright. Especially the older grey haired and the one with very sharp looking nails. The blond hairy man walked up first.
"Ah, what's this?" Sabertooth knelt down as he tapped on the glass with one of his fingernails.
"So, my brother it seem went out and got himself a kid." Zen gripped the belt, trying to get loose.
"Daddy." James slowly stirred, hearing the the frightened cry. "Daddy!"
"Don't worry little one. I might be the boogie man, but the goal is not to harm you today. He grinned, before punching through the glass.
"Daddy!" Three small crystal claws pierced through Zens knuckles and cut the belts. She fell and hit the hood. " Owey, Daddy!"
"We'll what a surprise. You have the same gift as him. They'll be happy to know." Sabertooth opened the door. Zen screamed as she backed up. "Shh it's okay. Come here." He reached in to grabb her arm. She frowned and swiped the claws across his hand. The man hollered and pulled back. "Little brat! I'll.."
"Roar!" James threw the door open, crawled out and charged with his claws drawn out. "Leave her alone!" Sabertooth blocked the attack and threw him to the right.
"Ah, there's the beast." Step, step. Kick. Ribs Crack." Got some kind of long red spots in the head. Oh that bone sticking out of the arm looks kinda brutal. Must be painful. No time to really set it, when having to fend me off from the child. Not to mention being surrounded by Strikers men, Hah." James winced as he slowly checked to see guns pointed around. "I'd kinda stay down if I were you. If you care for that brat that is. You can heal rapidly, but what about her?"
"Daddy?" James's eyes went towards Zen.
"Peekaboo baby." Zen started crawling. "No, Peekaboo. I know we told you not to hide too well, but just this once do it. I love you Cub. I'll find you, now go." Three tranqs hit him.
"Don't worry, I'll make sure to train her right. Night night." James watched Zen, until she poofed.
"No, you won't.."
Back at the Potters
Professor Dumbledore gave a grandfatherly smile as he met Lilly's gaze. "Ah Lilly such a marvelous day. Although, I much erge more caution in the future. All sorts of people would like to get a hold of Harriet or the two of you." Lilly's eyes furrowed, but managed to hide the anger.
"We have more defences then you know and my child will not be kept locked up or away from other children. " Albus sighed and shook his head.
"Might I come in for a few."
"Very well, but its Aeri's nap time." She led him to the living room where Prongs was snuggling Aerie who was now crying a bit.
"Why Zen leave, Prongs?"
"Prongs? Doesn't it sound better to call him daddy or father, Little one?" The two turned to see him settle on the sofa chair. Aeri frowned. "He Prongs. Where Wolvy and Zen?"
"We let her call people by the names she wants." Lilly huffed as she sat by her family . The baby goo'ed and crawled to Lilly." Zen had to go to the doctor. She got sick. Perhaps later. Now it's nap time. Hessa?" A house elf with nice curtain robes poofed in.
"Mistress, calls Hessa?"
"Yes, will you please be a dear and put Aeri for a nap.
"Hessa would love to. Come Dear, I'll read you Dr. Seuss." Hessa took the babe. Poof!
"You'll have to forgive the mess. One is a terror, two a nightmare who love to wreak havoc." Lilly explained. Dumbledore gave an understanding laugh.
"No, worries at all. I hope her friend feels better soon. Although like I said earlier, you shouldn't be telling where you three are at. Perhaps, I can arrange for other parents to allow their children to play during meetings, but that should be it. At Least till this whole Voldemort situation is under control. We have the safe house ready. You three can go today." Lilly and prongs looked to each other for a moment.
"No, we're going back with James and Angela. You four are coming to." Lilly mentally messaged James. He nodded.
"We appreciate it and are taking the advice by moving out of Europe." Albus rose at Prong's comment.
"No, absolutely not! Er.. I mean you must be where you three can be protected." He sat back down. "Besides think of Aeri's education and we need you both for the war. She will be needed as well." The two parents frowned.
"Professor Dumbledore. Let's get something straight right now. I don't care what prophecy you have heard from Twenly. She will not be raised to go into a war of our generations. She isn't even considered a full child, yet. Aeri will be raised, educated in what she desires. Neither of us quite frankly believe Hogwarts is the correct place to do that. We received a letter two weeks ago from another school."
"What do you mean? Both of you went to Hogwarts. Mr. Potter your family has gone for centuries. Nowhere is safer, good education and a good environment to grow up in."
"No it wasn't after some travels and learning of what other countries do, Hogwarts was none of that." James replied. " We were chased by countless things in the forest."
"I believe the rule was to not enter the Forbidden Forest."
"Which was the most tempting thing in the world. Have you not heard of magical Barriers. Spells and potions were always blowing up in children's faces, due to lack of explanation and worse of all purebloods looking down on the non. We will not have it.
"Agreed. Our little one will be raised to have love and respect everyone for who they are. This school has a zero tolerance policy for bullying. Not to mention they start at three."
"Three? That is way too young to toy with magic."
"They teach control among other basic important part she gets to come home every day until eleven years old. Then they may choose whether or to to stay the nights for other educational purposes."
"But usually by then it's just minor accidents or we can hinder the flow if need be." Both gasped at the thought. "It's no big deal really. I've done it several times before."
"You will do no such thing to her!" Prongs shouted angrily. He might not be the little girl's blood father, but when the man signed the papers she became the most important person in the world to him. "Aeri is a gifted child and will not be hindered in any kind of form."
"It must be, if she's really that powerful, my dear boy. People with too much power and misunderstanding can become dark. That is how I kept the two of you and countless others from becoming evil."
"What?!" Lilly hissed as she stood."You will leave this house at once. Aeri will never go to that school, as long as you are in charge of it. We have been on the fence, but that is the last straw."
" Do not worry dear, he'll be leaving in cuffs. Albus Dumbledore you are here by arrest on suspect of tempering with unsanctioned magical cores and for further investigations." James whipped his wand out and aimed it at Dumbledore. The olderman gave a few chuckles.
"Do you really think you can beat a wizard thrice your age, boy? A ninth level on the scale?" Albus conjured a lemon drop. "Actually I checked my lineage once before. Did you know I'm actually related to the Asgardian Hella." The potters starred. "Not by much, at last we are relatives though. Meaning I have more power than the two of you combined. My greatest talent is manipulation and I have a few tricks of my own. For instance you think I'm sitting in this chair."
"Shit!" Jame twirled around only to be blasted back with Lilly. Before hitting the floor they were both out like a light.
"When the whole time I was behind you. Now why not take this time to nap and when I settle things with your child we can go view the new safe house." He walked up the steps, and towards Aeri's romm. There he peeked to see Hessa reading to the now crying child."
"Oh, honey calm down. Here Hessa will warm the milk.."
"No, Mommy Prongs. Bad Man hurt em." Dumbledore frowned.
'How could a child know such a thing. Perhaps a gift of sight per say. No matter I'll just block that as well.' The old man crept in, holding his hand forward and sent magic to knock Hessa out.
"Huh?" Thud! Aeri watched the house elf fall forward. She stopped crying for a moment and leaned on the crib rails. "Essa?"
"Fear not little one, for the elf only sleeps. She along with the the rest of your family will wake up soon with new memories and feel the need to help further my cause. Do not worry, I won't need to change yours much. Children have active imaginations after all."
"Essa! Momy! Daddy!" Aeri backed away. No one came, nore answered. She tried to poof away, but the crib had wards against it due to the disappearing act, just like Zen did.
"Shh, it's alright, Now sleep.
Asgard
Hundreds of soldiers were on the ground in a deep sleep. Angela and Thor were among them. "Wake up! Thor! Angela wake up! Your world needs you. The children need you. Come on or I swear I'll steal your diaries again! I'm going to get them and read it so everyone will hear!"
"As funny as that sounds. No one will hear for now." A man resembling David Hassel laughed as he leaned against the pillar. "You see they're in a deep sleep as their minds are being molded. Just like your friends on Earth."
"Who the hell are you and why?"
"Hmm, well I need distractions for my plans to take flight. As for my name, It's Ego if you must know."
"Well Ego, you're a very dead man." Loki's legs lunged, two daggers appeared in his hands to strike, only to be shook by a forcefield.
"Problem for you is I'm not a man. Hmm you might lead to a problem if I allow you just to lead a life of bliss. It will be to easy for you to figure things out. Yes, my problem will be a distraction to others." He laughed, before transforming into a glooming black cloud. Loki stepped back with fear and regret.
"Aeri, Lilly. I'm sorry."
Street Corner
The Ancient One held a bag of groceries. An ordinary day so far, but felt something amiss about it. Exactly why she had decided to visit the London headquarters. The woman didn't know why yet, but something told the woman to walk down to run the simple errand.
"Well, have the groceries. Nothing yet. Does this mean I get to eat, before the event?" She whispered, with a small laugh.
"Whah!" The ancient one stopped. "Whah Dada, Muma!" Little cries could be heard from the dark Alleyway." So much for hopeful thoughts. She walked slowly down, trying to find the voice, with one hand ready.
"Hello?" rustling inside an old cardboard box sounded from her left. Warmness filled her face. Sounded young and small. Way too small to be left out of sight. The teacher knelt down. "Is somebody in there?" More sobs escaped.
"No.. Suppose play peekaboo. Dada will find me."
"Dada huh. Where Dada now?" Zen sniffled lowely. "I see" A sigh escaped. "Well, I have an extra apple. Had a feeling there would be a need for it. I also have bananas and other food. Are you hungry? Here, I'll set it on the ground. Come eat and we can talk. I promise no harm will come." The Ancient one scooted against the wall, waiting. It took a good moment, but finally a tiny hand made its way out, followed by a tiny baby. "My word, you can't be more than a year in five months at least." She commented as the youngling picked up the apple. Desperately trying to sink her teeth in.
It was clear Zen had been left there for a while. Her clothes were filthy, the pink hair was greasy. Shards of glass was everywhere. Some was even embedded. Dirt covered her cheek and looked to be starving. "Oh you poor baby, Daddy leave you here?" The girl frowned as if she truly understood the question. This one looked way smarter than her normal age would be.
"No, Bad men came. Made Daddy nap nap. Dadda said play peekaboo." She nodded, a bit relieved she wasn't straight out abandoned, but the situation still bothered her greatly.
"How long you been playing peekaboo." Zen sniffled. "Two nights 3 nap naps."
"I see. Look, I'm staying not too far from here. Come with me. I'll make you a nice supper, warm bath and a place to sleep. I'll get the glass off so no more ouchies. You can tell me about your family and in the morning I'll start looking for Daddy." She held her hand out. Reaching would only frighten her further. Zen looked at it then to her. She could tell the woman wasn't perfect, but who was. The main thing, the woman did care and was cencere. There was no alternative motives.
"What name?"
"Oh how rude of me. I go by The Ancient One. What about you?
"Zen."
"I see. Want to see a trick?"
"Like Reindeer turning Lightning into a fluffy Bunny." Zen snickered. The teacher raised an eyebrow, not understanding the question.
"Kinda." The woman's hands flowed, clapped and a pink silky blanket appeared. "Come I'll swaddle and carry you to the head quarters.
"You witch?" Zen crawled up and snuggled.
"Guessing you've seen lots of magic on tv."
"Family has magic. Prongs, Lil, Aeri witches. Muma has a bit." She laughed, thinking the young-ling had a good imagination.
"I bet they do. I am the head sorceress."
"Make butterfly pwease." The Ancient One looked around. No one was really paying attention as she walked. One could not be too cautious. Her and lowered and pointed to some bushes. Butterflies sprung up, and flew in the carrier. Zen giggled.
"Lily make green. Mamma make blue. You make red." The statement was od until a blue, pink and black colored one flew into the mix. "Mamm dadda and me gether." The Ancient one froze, watching it. ' Did she? No, it must of seen the others. No way a toddler could conjure such a thing.
"I see.." It wasn't long till they read the headquarter."This is where we hold our business and protect the gate." Zen crawled up the woman and looked around.
"Big house." The Ancient One smiled. "Yes, one of our bigger mansions. The second biggest. You'll stay here for now. Let's drop things off in the kitchen, so my apprentice may prepare our meal. We can give you a bath and check you over as we wait."
"But I hungry. Apple gone." Zen held the stem up.
The woman rose an eyebrow . "I see. Perhaps a few crackers as we walk up then." They entered the kitchen to find an Asian man in his late 20's, stirring a pot.
"Ah, there you are, Sean was about to go looking for you."
"Yes, forgive my length of time. I ran into a situation." Wong turned around, instantly seeing what his master meant. The baby gave a goo, with a small smile. That was not something she often did with strangers.
"Hmm, I see. We'll luckily I had prepared to make leftovers." Zen gazed around, looking for something to tide her. Finally Her eyes laid to the crackers the woman had spoke of.
"So, what's the special occasion of this one?"
"I'll explain in a bit. First I need to get the her cleaned. Do you mind if she has a bit of crackers?"
"For her, no problem." Wong spun around and placed his hand where the snack should of been. "Od, could of sworn they were just right here.
"Yum." The two looked back to the baby, who was snacking.
"Oh, I see She got em for you."
"No, I didnt, You did."
"Master, I did not." Zen Giggled.
"Nom, num num." The two glanced back at each other to her again.
"Honey, did you grab those." The little one nodded.
"I hungry. Please no take away." The tiny arms wrapped around the box protectively."
"I understand and I will not." The Ancient One smiled. "Magic." Zen gave a small nod, before crunching on more. "Well, that's a delightful gift. Come lets go clean up for supper, then you can sleep.
Halloween
Two weeks later. It had been an odd, disheartening and confusing for Aeri. They were in a new house. One that she had been to only once before. The little one had to figure where everything was again and didn't like it at all. Her room was scary at night. Hessa never came to visit her no more. They never took her outside to play or anywhere.
Oh how she begged, but was always told no. One day after being so agitated, Aeri tried to poof to the porch, but found she could no longer use magic the way she use to. Not much the baby could do now, not even butterflies.
Worst of all, nobody she liked came around anymore. Not Wolvey, Angel, Padfoot, Snake or Zen came. Aeri didn't miss wormtail in the slightest. She curled up "Daddy, where are you?" She hugged her little reindeer. "Come home. Where are are you. No feel you. "Tears began to streek, before eventually falling asleep..
She was in her favorite park. Everyone was there. The adults were chatting or playing tricks."Aeri?" She looked to see Zen there or at least her image. "I Find you." The pink haired girl giggled, before seeing her state. "Why hair black? Why magic low?" Aeri began to sniffle.
"Dumbles. Don't know." Aeri cried cried. "Daddy no come home."
"My daddy no come to find me. No feel anyone else." Zen sat by Aeri.
"A sorc found me. She and Wong Nice. Let me stay. Took me far, to be safe. They looking for him."
"What we do?" Zen sighed.
"We babies. Not much can do. Hang on." Aeri cried harder, making Zen cry a bit too and hugged her younger cousin. They stayed like this until Aeri began to disappear. "Aeri?"
"I waking up."
"Not time."
"I know" Aeri "they're screaming. Love you, I be back.."
"Aeri.."
3 Hours later
Aeri walked into the park her head down low, tears clearly around her face. Zen looked up from a few dream blocks. "Aeri what wrong?"
"Man attacked, Mommy and Prongs. They… they no more." Aeri sniffled as she grabbed one of the blocks. Zen leaned her head on her. "Left me on porch. I alone."
"No, not alone. Zen here. This place our home. When sleep, we here." They gazed over at the images of their family. One day we all be one again." Aeri's eyes pierced left to a chained black cell door.
"What that?" Aeri asked nervously, making Zen shrug.
"Not sure. Look scary. We stay away."
"Okay"
Two Days later
"I hate it here. They not nice people. All do is yell and hurt me. Put me in a cupboard. Not been out if it for hours." Aeri cried in Zens arms. I want my family." Zen bit her lip.
"Can't find your real form. I trying. Something block. I tell adults, but harder to speak in human form. They can't understand. Cant even find Daddy." Aeri nodded.
"How they treating you?" Zen look to the small bruises around her cousins arm.
"They, nice. Doing best they can. Nobody my age though. A few kids, but they stay away. Think I scare them with my magic or something.. "I tried warning the Ancient one, but she blowing me off when I say it." Zen sighed. "Wong takes me to the library. Books talk of magic. Can't read, but see pictures. I see what can help you. Might take a while, but I show you what I learn."
"We grow strong, then learn what happen."
Library
Wong set Zen in a makeshift playpen with snacks, a few blocks and dolls. The man hoped it would be enough to preoccupy the little tyke. "Now I need to to organize for a while. Stay put and no going to plant pranks in Keacilius's room."
"No like him. He bad."
"I know he's different, but the Ancient One trust him. We should to." Wong patted her head and walked off. Zen sighed. No one was listening to her warnings. She picked up the block. They had weird symbols the little one couldn't understand. Angela had been teaching her letters, but these weren't the same.
"What letter?"
"Mandarin, It's pronounced Zah."
"Zah, this?"
"Lah."
"Teach please."Wong's cheeks widened a bit. Zen was always wanting to learn.
"After I clean." The toddler's lips curled down and huffed. She was tired of being just passed off like a typical human baby. Zen had Asgardian in her, which made her ability ten times faster. She scrunched her nose, magically lifting the duster. It began to dust on its own. The broom began to sweep as the mop gave chase. Books flew into designated areas.
"Teach, please."
"You're doing this?" Zens eyes grew serious and longing. This was when Wong realized this little girl was growing up quick. If not acted upon there would be no childhood. "Too young to have this look on you. Why do you want to grow so fast?"
"Cousin hurt, want family. Please teach and train me.
"Hmm, I see. Very well, but you have to promise me something.
"What?"
"You can learn all you want, but remember to have fun." Wong picked up the doll.
"Hi Zen, I here you want to learn letters." She laughed and picked up the other one.
"Yes"
Dream world
Aeri sat her cousin barreling over with an excited smirk. Aeri tried to mask one. "I late, I know. Was trying to pay attention to a aura book. Aeri's body tensed, from being so close and and stiffed as Zen wrapped her arms around. Of course they could not feel the touch for real, but it was just becoming instinct.
"Aeri?"
"Sorry, they no hug me. When I asked for one, Tuney smacked me and got locked in the closet again." Zen's eyes went wide as anger filled her cheeks a bit red.
"Monsters." Zen took Aeri towards the sand. Zen let out a bit of breath. "Once we figure out things will get better. Wong taught me a bit about chi today. Maybe yours got blocked. Don't know if I do this write." The pink haired girl slowly placed a hand on Aeri's shoulder and stomach. "Here, help me some close your eyes and concentrate to the green core your mommy was talking about."
"Right."Their eyes closed and meditated for several minutes. At first they say nothing, then a dark dreary house opened, filled with chains. They opened their eyes and instantly clung together.
"Whoa this is scary."
"It is. Mommy and prongs would not be afraid. They would find a way to pull tricks."
"Daddy would growl loudly as Mommy would pull weapon on it."
"Let's explore." They slowly walked in to find gothic style furniture in shambles. It was like a wild beast had attacked. Aeri gulped, but trucked further in. "Reminds me of house daddy was talking about us going to." Zen gazed out the window.
"Thats a Leta flower." She pressed her face against the glass. "We on my home world."
"Daddy told me about them." Aeri looked down. Giggle, Giggle! The closet shook as the doorknob tried to open. Pictures of weapons and and tools appeared. "What's that."
"Maybe things to get to your core. Hmm how to get to them?"
"There you are Aeri." A man spoke from behind.
"Prong!" Aeri ran to the man's arms. "Where you guys go?" Aeri began to cry.
"Long story little Sprite. Very long. One you are not ready for." He sighed as Zen gazed to his ragged clothes.
"Sprite!" Lilly bursted out of the kitchen and embraced her as well. "My little baby" The woman wore the same style.
"Cub?" Angela walked down the stairs.
"Momma!" Zen ran to her and scooped up. "Momma you here."
"Of course I am. Shh it's okay. Come let's go to the couch and talk."
"Did we find you? Why feel different?" The adults grew quite for a moment, thinking of how best to explain it.
"Honey, our bodies are not like yours for some reason. We're stuck in some kind of limbo. We can move in the astral world, but not wake" Angela answered
"Why? Bad men?" The woman nodded. "Yes, honey. Please forgive use for not understanding." Zen nodded.
"Too big words."
"I would say so.
"How you find us?" Aeri asked
"When you two tried to access your cores. We we able to pinpoint your locations. To my horror, to your outer world locations too." Lilly flicked her hand for a moment to show the Dursleys house for a brief moment. "Can't believe they put you there. Are they treating you OK?" Aeri looked down, now trying to hide a few bruises on her cheeks they had not spotted yet. "Honey?" She pulled her hand down. "Monsters! First your core now this!" Prongs lifted her cheek and frowned.
"That does it Lilly. Weather you like it or not, I am haunting your sister!"
"I am all in for it."
"What about you?" Angela asked Zen with worry on her face.
"I ok, Mommy. Wong and the Ancient One."
"Ancient One. Sounds a bit familiar. Your uncle I believe spoke of her. Called it Parlor tricks I believe he said, but I think the man was Jealous." Zen giggled "They got big Library. Books of magic."
"Asgardian or witchcraft?"
"Different."
"I see. We have been getting good with being able to touch worldly objects. I will have to look around and find a way to communicate with them. Are the books how you got here. Wait how can you read already?!"
"Can't, Wong going to teach. But read me a book."
"Ah, that explains it."
"We need to unblock Aeri's core." Lily looked around.
"Dumbledore did a number, that is for sure. Will take a lot of power to restore and time. We are not goblins nor do we have wands."
"And I never took the time to learn much magic, So unless we can find Loki. Thats out of the question." Angela turned to Zen. "I will have to try to learn their kind. I'll explore and keep watch of Zen during the day."
"We'll keep track of Aeri and make sure the Dursleys don't hurt her anymore."
Dursleys
Aeri rubbed her eyes and gave a small yawn. It was dark in the cupboard, except for the crack under the door showing a small light. She sighed and sat up. "Dark scary." The little one cried. As if on cue the door opened. The toddler's reaction was to scramble back, hoping not to be dragged out. Her little arms was still hurting from last time.
No one came and after a moment Aeri peeked through to see no one was there. "Mommy?" The blanket flew on to her shoulders. She smiled and walked out. A tug from the invisible familiar deer, pulled to the kitchen.
"Prongs." The lick made the little one giggle and went in. Toast popped up as pancake batter poured on to a skillet. "Blueberry please." Prongs pulled her into Dudley's seat. Soon they were ready and placed in front of her. She took a bite." Yum.."
"What is going on in here?!" Aeri turned as Petunia shrieked. Vernon looked around and growled, making her flinch.
"You dare take our food little freak and take our son's high chair. Ungrateful brat. I'll tear your hide!" The man moved towards the toddler. Lilly gasped seeing they truly were the ones abusing her daughter.
"She' just a baby you aswhole!" Lilly grabbed the frying pan and smacked him point blank on the forehead. Bam! White and black dots resembling tv static fogged the man's vision. He began to stumble and wound up falling to the ground.
"Nice hit Mommy!" Aeri cheered.
"You said it kiddo." Prongs agreed even though she couldn't understand at the moment. Petunia screamed and ran to Vernon's side.
"Vernon? Say something." The man groaned with a slurry voice.
"Mommy take down big man, yay!" Petunia looked over with a dark, dangerous glare. "You! You are responsible for this. Freak." Aeri went quiet and shrunk into the chair. "I will beat this magic out of you." Prongs grabbed the mixing bowl and shoved it on to the woman's head.
"He Tuney you have batter all over your head. "Aeri began to Prongs." The man smirked, Before going to look for rope. It did not take long to find some.
"Found this in the living room and suppossibly been using it as a leash. He then turned to Aeri who had paled, seeing it.
"Oh, sweety, don't worry." She put Aeri on the ground and picked up the plate ."Come to the living room." She took the toddlers hand and took her in. Lilly set the plate down, on the coffee table. "Watch Gabba" The woman turned on the tv, before hearing a cry from upstairs. "Huh, I see they have a son." Lilly patted Aeri to indicate she would be back and went up.
Dudley cried, wanting out of the crib. "Mommy" He shook it, hoping she would come soon. The door opened a few minutes late, It was not her though. It was a light green aura, a bit similar to Aeri.
"Who you."
"So you can see me? Interesting" She smiled, while taking a bear and walked over.. Lilly twirled it around.
"That funny." Lilly laughed.
"Come you can eat in the living room with Aeri."
"Really? Mommy and Daddy say no. They say she no nice."
"Well things are going to change around here. Aeri is really nice. " She brought him down and placed him by Aeri.
"Hi." Dudley quietly said as Aeri grew a bit nervous and place her hand on the plate protectively.
"Hi."
"May I have a pancake please." Aeri looked over to the kitchen and back.
"Like share?" The boy nodded at her rubbed his little tummy. The girl's face lightened as she pushed the pancakes a bit forward." Lilly patted her back lightly.
"Tell her I will make more."
"K, spirit say she go to make more." Dudley smiled while taking one.
"You hear Mommy?" He nodded, Making Aeri raise an eyebrow.
"Cool"
Kitchen
"The kids are eating and preoccupied."
"He treating her right?"
"Yes, so far. I think they're ice breaking, but hopefully the little bonding will grow their relationship."
"Yeah if we can keep your sisters influence out of the way." They turned to where both dursleys were bound and gagged. Petunia struggled her arms against her ropes as she continuously shouted. Vernon was slowly coming to.
"What the. You little brat. Untie me now!" His words came out muffled Lilly frowned and crossed her arms.
"I do not know what she sees in that man." She threw an apple.
"Ouch" An erase board flew into the air where they both could see and went still as letters were written. It flew and smacked Vernim, before flying up for both to see.
Not Aeri
"What? Do not lie."Petunia tried to shout.
Quiet the little ones are trying to eat. We have been watching. How dare you Petunia. My daughter. Your Niece!
"Lilly?"
YES!
Eyes widened. Hairs on the backs of their necks rose and both of them grew unpleasantly cold.
James here and I am pissed. Think I played pranks in the past Petunia. Just You wait! Both began to scream and struggle more
Shut it! A pan slammed, gaining their attention.
