Disclaimer: *Sigh* No, I don't own Harry Potter. *Head flops down and walks away*

A/N: Siriusly wrote this story down in 10 minutes. The idea just kinda popped in my head. Enjoy!

Lily Evans was watching a boy who was sitting down near the beech tree from afar. She was standing (hiding) behind another tree holding all of her homework and crap for a while. She couldn't take a step forward and walk up to James Potter to talk about Head duties because she knows she wouldn't be able to take her eyes off of him or keep her hands to herself. She couldn't take a step backward because she's wondering if not telling him that she's been starting to feel something for him is worth it.

"Lily?"

Lily jumped and smacked the mysterious creeper behind her.

"Ow! Stop!" Sirius put both his arms over his head, trying to prevent Lily's subtle but firm aims at his arm being bruised.

Lily's heart was beating nervously as she hit him. What if he saw that? I can't have him tell the whole school I was stalking Potter today. I will die.

"Well, what the hell were you doing? Scaring me like that..." Lily started playing with red fiery hair, looking around to see if any one of Marauders were at sight.

"I was going over the beech tree where Jammmmeeeessss is. And what are you doing here? Staring after my mate? You fancy him, don't you? Huh, huh?" Sirius prodded her and started nudging Lily with his elbow.

"Stop it and I do not fancy Potter, for your information. Why do you say his name like that? Weirdo. Anyways, I was over here to talk to him about Head duties, you asshole. What else would you think I'm here for? Cheese? No, I don't think so." Lily glared at him and stalked off.

Sirius ran after Lily and grabbed her by her arm. "What's wrong?"

She looked at him with innocent eyes. She didn't know whether to finally tell someone about what she was feeling. But she couldn't tell Sirius about this things! He won't be serious about it and just laugh it off. After all of the pranks he's done with the rest of the Marauders, he couldn't help her with this.

"Nothing's wrong, Black. Now let me go." She struggled as she swung her arm from Sirius' grip but his grasp on her was too strong.

"Something the matter, Lils? Can't tell my mate you fancy him a great deal? It's not that bad. I'll tell you what's bad; me not shagging my girlfriend. She said she wanted to wait. I couldn't believe it. I ask her out and she says yes. What else does she want?"

Lily laughed with no humor and smacked him on the side of his head. "You pig! I don't like Potter. So sod off. And Marlene isn't that kind of girl, Sirius. She doesn't want to go out with you only for a good shag, she wants you to to be there, you git." She stared at him for what felt like an exact five seconds and sighed.

"Oh. Okay. So. Um, yeah. I'll... just go over to Prongs... Bye Evans." Sirius looked at Lily again and turned around. "He loves you,"

Lily was staring after him and sighed. Her eyes started to fill with water and she whispered, just loud enough for him to hear, "I love him, Sirius."

He stopped walking and faced Lily.
