Good Morning Boy, Girls and every crazy amourshipping fans like me. After reading so many good amour stories, I thought to write one of my own, so this will be my first first fanfic, so if it doesn't match your expectation please don't go harsh on me. And I promise that I'll try to improve on every chapter of the story because my english is really very bad. And the author "The Mysterious Pokefan" had helped me a lot in improving my english, so I want to thank him. And now without taking any futher, lets start the my first story.

Ash is on his way back to his home town, Pallet Town from his long journey from Unova Region with a friend named Alexa. They are currently on the outskirt of the Pallet Town and can see the whole town from there.
"So Alexa, This is my home town where I and Professor Oak lives, you can finally interview him." Ash informed.
"Thanks Ash, for letting me come with you. So let's go and check your mom first" Alexa replied with a smile.
"Ugh…..but I want to check my Pokémon first" Ash spoke with a pout.
"No Ash, you will go and check your mom first, she would be waiting for you so eagerly and you should respect her feeling and I will go with you to keep an eye on you" Alexa scolded.
"Okay I think you are right, I will go to meet mom first. So let's go, I will show you the way, follow me" Ash replied enthusiastically.
After few minutes of waking they reached the Ketchum Residence and Ash knocked on the door and a Mr. Mime opened it.
"Hey, Mr. Mime I'm back from the journey" Ash told and hugged the mime Pokémon and got inside the house.
"Who is it, Mr. Mime?" A lady asked, she seemed to be in her 40s.
"Hey Mom, I'm back" Ash announced with a smile.
"Oh My Arceus, Ash you came faster than I imagined, I thought you would be in Professor Oak's Lab to check on your Pokémon" Delia exclaimed with a lovely smile and hugged his son tightly.
Ash was suffocating from the hug but he knew that it was just his mom's way to show love and affection toward her one and only child. And after around 30 seconds, she let him go.
"Well mom, you see, I came here first, to check that you are fine" Ash spoke.
"Okay then Ash, tell me who told you to meet me first, I would like to meet that person who at least thought to put some manners in my son's dense head" Delia said.
"What do you mean mom?" Ash inquired as he raised his eyebrow.
"I mean, I know you very well my son, I know you would never come to home first by, you would always go to check your Pokémon first, until there is someone who tells you to visit home first" Delia answered.
"Ugh…Well…..Yeah mom, you are right, one of my new friend told me to meet you first. Alexa please come in" Ash called her.
After getting the call from Ash, Alexa entered the house.
"Nice to meet you Mrs. Ketchum, My name is Alexa and I'm a Kalos news journalist" Alexa introduced herself.
"Nice to meet you too, Alexa. Hope my son didn't put you in much trouble and please call me Delia, Mrs. Ketchum sounds like I am really very old" Delia said, sweetly.
"No, No Delia, instead he was a great help in my works and documentary and I came with him here because I want to interview Professor Oak" Alexa replied.
"Oh, then I think you both should go ahead and meet Professor Oak and Ash's Pokémon, meanwhile I will finish making launch. And Ash, there is a surprise for you in the Lab" Delia informed with a wink.
"Surprise, what surprise mom, please tell me." Ash asked enthusiastically.
"You will see when you get there. Now go, your Pokémon are waiting for you." Delia replied.
"Okay mom, see you in dinner" Ash said and left for the Lab with Alexa.
Again after few minutes of walk they reach the Lab.
"Hey Professor Oak, I am back from my journey and also have a guest who want to take an interview of yours," Ash called out.
"Oh Hey Ash, nice to see you back and you, young lady, I didn't get your name." Professor exclaimed pointing towards Alexa.
"Oh, where are my manners? My name is Alexa and I'm a Kalos news journalist" Alexa introduced herself.
"Nice to meet you Alexa, let's go to the ranch first, I know Ash would be dying to see his Pokémon" Oak said.
"You got me, professor" Ash said sheepishly
As they reach the ranch, Alexa was in awe to see so many different Pokémon from different regions and some of them are pretty rare. Before Alexa could say anything, Ash ran toward the ranch but was soon stopped as earth started to shake and vibrate violently.
"Oh My Arceus, it's an earthquake, we have to hide somewhere" Alexa yelled in a panicked tone. However she was shocked to see Ash and Professor so calm.
"You don't have to worry about that Alexa, it's just Ash's Pokémon" Oak told, calmly.
And after few seconds a horde of 30 Tauros stampede on Ash and run away. Ash fainted on the ground with swirl eyes.
"Oh my Arceus, Ash are you okay?' Alexa questioned in a concerned tone and starts running towards him but was soon stopped by Professor.
"I don't think that's a good idea Alexa as there are still more to come and don't worry, that's pretty normal with Ash. This is his Pokémon's way of showing affection to him." Oak said calmly.
And after that what she saw, totally stunned her. She saw a Bayleef came and use body slam on him, a Muk smothering him, a Totodile and a Gible bite his head, a Glalie froze him in solid ice, a Charizard use a powerful flamethrower on him and it looks like Pikachu doesn't want to stay back to show his affection to his trainer as he used a powerful thunderbolt on Ash, too.
"Whoa it looks like…..Ash's Pokémon's way of showing affection is very painful. I'm glad I don't have Pokémon who show their affection that way." Alexa said with still a stunned expression on her face.
"Yeah I know, it does really look painful, but he is used to this type of affection." Oak laughed.
"Okay guys, I get it, you all still love me a lot" Ash said between his laugh then he saw a figure approaching him, it took him few seconds but then he realize who it is and starts running toward the figure and embrace him into an affectionate hug.
"Dad, it's so nice to see you back after such a long time, I missed you a lot." Ash spoke with a wide smile.
"Yeah, it's really nice to see you too son, and I missed you too," Red said.
"Dad, I have to tell you so much about my Unova Journey, I have again seen so many legendary Pokémon in Unova" Ash said. "Oh, How can I forget to tell you the main part, you know what dad, now my Pikachu can use the move 'Bolt Strike', although Pikachu hadn't mastered it yet" Ash added.
"WHAT?" Red exclaimed. "Your Pikachu learn Bolt Strike? But how?"
Ash sweat dropped on the reaction that he got from his father.
"Well Dad, I think Mom had told you that on the very moment we reached to the Unova Region, we encountered by the legendary Pokémon Zekrom and I don't know why he attacked Pikachu with a blue thunder attack and after sometime it again came back and recollect all the electricity from the Pikachu" Ash explained to which Red nodded.
"Yeah, Delia told me that, but what it has to do with Pikachu learning Bolt Strike" Red asked impatiently.
"DAD, first you need to calm down" Ash said and sigh 'Now I know why I'm so impatient' Ash continues "After Zekrom recollected his electricity, I don't know how, but Pikachu learned Bolt Strike, but I never told anyone of my friend as I want to keep it secret and due to that I can't use or train Pikachu to master Bolt Strike, so he kind of gets wobbly, we he tries to use it. But will help he master it, right Dad?" said Ash with baby doll eyes.
"Of course son; is that even a question?" replied Red happily.
"Thanks Dad, I know you will help me" Ash said."Anyway Dad, why don't you come home more often?"
"You know son, being the 'Champion of the World' is not an easy task, I always have so much work, but guess what Ash? It looks like Jirachi has finally fulfilled your wish and I finally got a long holiday, and I would be spending my time with you and Delia" Red answered happily.
"Really Dad it's so cool and you would help me train my other Pokémon too? Right Dad?" Ash asked excitedly, to which Red nodded
"Wait, did Ash's father just say that he is the 'Champion of the World'?" Alexa asked Professor with a surprised expression to which he nodded.
"It means…it means…..Oh My Arceus, Ash is the son of Red Ketchum" Alexa almost yelled which didn't go unnoticed by Red and Ash and they started moving towards her.
Red notices the shouting and sees a young lady.
"Oh, it looks like you have came with a friends, lets meet her" Red said to which Ash nodded. And they started moving toward Alexa.
Red and Ash came in front of Alexa.
"Hello! Young Lady, I assume are Ash's friend, nice to meet you, I'm Red, Ash's father" Red said while moving his hand forward for a handshake.
"Hel…..Hello! Nice to meet you sir, My Name is Alexa and I'm a Kalos news journalist" Alexa said while shattering with nervousness of standing in front of the Champion of the World.
The word 'Kalos' attracted all the attention of Red and he pass a grin toward Ash and suddenly Red grabs Ash's hand and dashed toward some remote area of the ranch, from where no one can hear them.
Alexa meanwhile was perplexed on the action of Red.
"Did I say something wrong" Alexa asked the professor to which he shook his head in disapproval.
"I don't know, even I never have seen Red like this" Professor replied
"Anyway, why Ash didn't tell me that he is the son of Red Ketchum, he didn't even tell this to Cilan and Iris. Do you know why Professor?" Alexa said.
"He never likes to brag about himself, so he never told anyone about that he is the son of Red Ketchum, and about his achievements" Professor replied to Alexa.
"What do you mean by his achievements?" Alexa said with a questioning look.
"You see….after Red, Lance and me. He is the most popular person in Kanto, known for his unique battling style and his achievements, he won the Orange Island League, defeated Drake, one and the only person till date to defeat Kanto Battle Frontier and most recently the Sinnoh League and he also own the pokedex with most number of legendary pokemon seen" Professor said
"WOW, I never knew, he is that famous or strong trainer, its look like I have to take a interview of Ash, too." Alexa said.
"Does that lady, just mention the name Kalos?" Red asks with a smirk
"Alexa, her name is Alexa and yeah, she mentioned the name Kalos because she lives in Kalos." Ash confirmed with a crimson face.
"It means; you are finally going to meet her, right?" Red asked enthusiastically.
"Yeah Dad, I will finally meet her after 8 long years, but I still have to wait for 4 more month as Alexa has some other works here in Kanto." Ash said with a sad tone.
"Come on Ash, you waited for 8 years, so what's the harm in waiting for few more months" Red said trying to cheer him up.
"Yeah Dad, I think you are right. I can wait for few more months, and I will train super hard in these few months to show her that I'm really strong." Ash agreed with a smile.
"I don't think you need to impress her, as she always remains impressed by you, no matter what you do." Red teased Ash.
"Stop it Dad, you really need to stop teasing me on that topic." Ash exclaimed with a tomato like face.
"Anyway Ash, you once said that when you will finally go to meet her you will tell me what happened on the last day because I wasn't there due to some work when she was moving to Kalos, so Ash now I think is that time." Red said in a serious tone.
"Do I really have to do that?" Ash questioned in a defeated tone.
"Of course son, you can't break your promise Ash." Red confirmed, again in a serious mood.
"Okay Dad," Ash agreed to explain everything.
(Flashback 8 years before)
Ash was running toward the house of Serena to play. But what he saw broke his heart.
There are many Machamps moving the boxes to a truck, then he saw a lady of his mother's age standing and organizing the entire work, he moves toward her.
"Excuse me Mrs. Yvonne, but what are you doing with you house and where is Serena?" Ash asked in a soft tone.
"Oh, it you Ash, you see….I got a good job in Kalos, so we are moving there." Grace replied.
"Huh…but why?" Ash cried.
Grace bend down to Ash so that they both are on same eye level and said "You see Ash…..it's my dream job, so I can't leave this chance. How would you feel if someone told you that you can't become Pokémon master?" Grace asked firmly.
"I would become angry, sad….."Ash said and realizes what Grace is talking about. "Now I got it Mrs. Yvonne, I wouldn't stop you but can I please talk to Serena one last time?"
"Oh, you can surely talk to her; but after telling her that we were leaving Pallet Town, she dashed toward the forest." Grace said in a sad tone, but then an idea struck her brain. "Ash, can you please convince Serena and bring her back to me?"
"Of course Mrs. Yvonne," Ash agreed and started sprinting towards the forest.
After few minutes of running, Ash found Serena in the forest in front of the lake under a tree, crying and sobbing. Her legs were curled toward her chest and hands wrapped around her legs.
"Hey Serena, why are you crying?" Ash asked in a firm tone
"You know Ash why I'm crying…."Serena said while sobbing "I don't want to leave Kanto, leave Pallet Town, leave my friends, and leave…you."
"Serena but you have to understand that job is Mrs. Yvonne's dream job, how can she leave that? No one wants to just give up on their dream" Ash said while trying to hold back his tears.
"Won't you miss me, if I move to Kalos?" questioned Serena while crying, tears freely falling from her eyes.
"Of course I will Serena, how can you think I wouldn't?" Ash replied.
"So why are you even forcing me to go?" Serena asked while raising an eyebrow.
Ash bends down next to her, so that both are at the same eye level. "Serena look at me," Ash said while no response came from her.
"Serena, please look at me." Ash said while lifting her chin by his hands.
"Serena, its fate decision to make us apart, maybe it's for good, may be if we apart now we can be together in future again, again be best friends forever." Ash said while looking into her eyes.
"How can you be so sure Ash?" Serena asked while still sobbing.
"I just….I just know Serena. Fate is parting us now, and fate will bring us together in future, I'm sure of it. We just have to wait for the right time to come and I promise you Serena that I will come to you, so that we can start our own journey together, that we planned to start in Kanto." Ash said while crying.
After hearing all that Ash said, Serena bring him in a tight embrace and Ash reciprocated the hug for the last time, she wanted that time to stop at that very moment, but she know all good things have to end and they apart from the most affectionate hug they ever shared.
"Now I think we should go back, Mr. Yvonne must be very worried about us." Ash suggested, to which she nodded.
After few minutes of walk, both holding hands together, they reached their final destination for now. Neither Serena nor Ash wanted to leave the hands, but they now they have to do.
"Serena my child, where have you being all the time? I was really worried for you." Grace said while she hugged her daughter, and then moved her eyes to Ash and gave him a look that said 'Thank you, Ash'.
"Sorry Mom, for making you worried." Serena said and sighed "Now I am finally ready, just I want to give Ash one last thing so that he won't forget me, can I?"
"Of course Serena, but please do it fast, our plane is leaving in 50 minutes" Grace said and moved toward the car and sat inside the car.
Serena runs towards Ash, "Ash, I want you to remember me and never forget me, so I want you to keep this ribbon" Serena said, showing him a pink ribbon "This ribbon is from the straw hat that I wore on the first day when we met" Serena added trying to pass a smile.
"Thanks Serena and I promise you I will come one day and take you to a journey you would never forget, until then you keep this handkerchief to remember me and to never forget me" Ash said with a smile and handed her a blue and white handkerchief with a small Pokémon logo embedded in it.
"It's good bye than…" Serena said in a sad tone and started walking towards the car.
"Hey Serena….." Ash shouted which cause Serena to halt her movement turn back.
"Yes Ash…." Serena said in a soft turn.
"Can I…..Can I….Can I get one last good bye hug?" asked Ash with a sad yet blushing expression.
"Sure Ash, I also want one" Serena said and they hugged for the last time, the hug last for at least 5 minutes, after that they moved to their respective paths.
(Flashback Ends)
"So that's what happens on the last day" Ash said.
"Oh Ash, that's such a cute and romantic story, even Delia and my story was not this romantic. I can't wait to see my daughter-in-law" Red said teasingly.
"COME ON DAD" Ash exclaimed. "Stop embarrassing me, and beside I don't even know if she likes me or not?" Ash added with a sad tone.
"Of course she likes you Ash, remember when you two were kids, whole town says that you two were inseparable and you two would become a great couple, Serena always blush on that statement, so its shows that she like you too." Red said.
"I think so," Ash replied.
"Anyway Ash, now tell me, which Pokémon you are going to take on your journey in Kalos?" Red asked in serious tone.
"What do you mean by that, as usual I will take Pikachu with me and win the Kalos League, just like I won the Sinnoh League" Ash answered.
Red sighs in disappointment and said "I'm sorry to say this Ash, but you will lose the Kalos League.
"Huh…..How can you say this Dad, How can any dad say this to their child that they will not win?" Ash questioned in slight anger.
"I thought you would understand this as you gain more experience, but it looks like I have to teach you personally." Red said in disappointment.
"What thing I should understand?" Ash asked in a perplexed tone.
Red bends down to Ash's eye level and said, "I know why you always take Pikachu on your new journey Ash. It's because you always want to feel that you are starting your first journey, but you have to understand Ash that you can't replicate the feeling of your first journey, it's a onetime feeling and it's impossible to replicate. I know what you do when you start your new journey, you tell Pikachu to only use 10-20% of his power throughout the journey, but as a result you get defeated by newbie trainers like that Paul and Trip. They were completely newbie trainer but they defeated you because you simply told Pikachu to hold back"
Ash knew what his father told was right, he could've easily defeat Paul and even Trip although at that time Pikachu was unable to use his electric moves.
"Ash…...you need to understand, you were only able to win the Orange League and Sinnoh League because you used your old Pokémon, and without your old Pokémon you can't win a league because the new Pokémon will not have enough battle experience. …..And I don't want you to lose a League in front of Serena" Red said.
"Yeah Dad, I understand. Thanks for the advice; I will surely use my old buddies in Kalos." Ash understood.
"And one more thing Ash" Red said, "You Pokémon have power to easily defeat any Elite Four, but it's not gonna happen if you always hold back and you can really give a tough battle to any champion too. I don't know how you train your Pokémon but they make really good progress, even while they are not with you and especially you Charizard, in the last battle, my Charizard had to use its 70% of his power to defeat your Charizard. Even my Charizard was not that much strong and powerful when I was of your age. So, you should also be proud of all your Pokémon and give every one of them fair chance to battle"
"Yeah Dad, I know what you are talking about? And I'm really proud of each of them and Charizard is my strongest Pokémon, so he must be powerful but that doesn't mean that you will not help me in my training, I need every help from you, I really want to win Kalos league for Serena" Ash replied playfully with a little blush.
"Of course I will help you, I can do anything for my daughter-in-law" Red teased.
"DAD, STOP SAYING THAT" Ash exclaimed as his blush intensified.
Red chuckle on Ash reaction "Anyway Ash, Now let's head back to home, I think dinner must be ready by now" Red said as both of their stomach groaned.
"Yeah, I think you are right Dad." Ash replied sheepishly.
(Time Skip – 4 Months at Saffron City Airport)
A jeep reaches the airport's parking area with Delia, Red, Ash and Alexa and soon they went inside the airport.
"Ash, you flight will take off in 20 minutes, I think you and Alexa should board the plane" Red said.
"Sure Dad, but before that I want to talk to Mom about something privately." Ash informed and pulled Delia and takes her to a distance.
"What is it Ash? Why you pulled me here?" Delia asked in a perplexed tone
"Mom…..I…..I….I want to know the address of Serena's house." Ash said with crimson colour on this face. Alexa somehow hear the name 'Serena' from his conversation with Delia.
"I know you want the address Ash, so I already texted that on your phone, you should check your phone" Delia replied with a smile.
Ash checked his phone and was surprised to see that her mom had already sent the address. "But how mom? I don't even talk about the address to you before. Am I that obvious?" Ash asked with a disappointed look.
"Yeah petty much son and Ash please treat her gently because I can't see my daughter-in-law getting hurt" Delia said playfully.
"MOM NOW YOU TOO ACTING LIKE DAD" Ash said.
"That's the truth, Ash." Delia replied teasingly.
"Anyway mom, now I think I should go now." Ash said and started moving toward the boarding area.
"Ash, wait…." Delia said and moved towards Ash and gave him a hug that last 5 minutes. "Ash, please be safe, don't do reckless things and be more careful." Delia said with some tears in her eyes.
"I will, mom." Ash said returning the hug and was somewhat happy to finally not get embarrassed this time but to his dismay.
"And one more thing, please wash and change your underwear daily. Okay." Delia said playfully.
"MOM, Please stop saying that whenever I start my new journey" Ash exclaimed.
Ash and Alexa board the plane and sat on their respective seats. Soon, the plane takes off and Alexa went to sleep while Ash couldn't sleep due to over excitement.
"Pikachu, our real Pokémon journey starts now in the Kalos Region" Ash said enthusiastically.
So guys, please tell me. Do you like the first chapter or not? And please tell me where I can improve? And for the reader who didn't get, what the surprise was for Ash in the lab? I'll answer it, the surprise was that his father Red has came.
